Alright… First, this is a mobile food truck that I had added to Google Maps just bc his smash burgers are so good.
He does move around so if the Blue truck is. It outside in front of the liquor store, he may not be there that day. I will try to add what days he is there soon.
The just like the others, this guy is very nice and takes pride in his work so when you get a Smash Burger from him, you can taste the difference it it vs. another places Smash Burgers. He seasons it so it has the flavor that bursts in your mouth from the first bite, rather than having to eat towards the middle to get the flavor that most places have. Think about eating most burgers and ideally, you would cookie cut the first inch off of the burgers to get to the sweet spot. Not these. They are good from outside to inside.
He has hotdogs, I have not tried, and he hand cuts his fries. These are not the crinkle
Cut fries and not like most fast food joints. These are how my dad made them and and there are not a lot of places doing that anymore.
Really, I don’t need to say any more…. Go try one and see what I am saying. Thanks.

Loved the food so much we went back twice to get more food for other family members! Definitely recommend!!!
