Ordered the #2 breakfast value meal, which is $6.00, I changed my drink to a large hi c orange and was changed $2.99 for it, I add the $1 hash browns from the app. When I got to the windows my total was $9.77 they said I was changed separately for everything instead of the combo, but it makes no difference because it’s the same price… I also got changed and additional $1.08 for another hash brown. I went inside and the manager gave me back the $1.09, I told her I was still owed more money back but was told the price of $9.77 was because I got a soft drink. Today I went to another McDonalds and ordered the same exact thing and was changed $7.54 does each mcdonald’s change different for the same thing? If not I’m owed $3.31…

Slow service . I ordered 1 item for breakfast , a McGriddle and it took 13 minutes to get it . The tables in restaurant are covered in this disgusting plastic . It peels in the corners and is very dirty .

We waited respectfully for almost an hour for our food, and after asking about it four or five times, the staff gave us attitude for simply checking on our order. Several other customers were experiencing the same poor service and were just as upset. I recommend avoiding this McDonald’s — there are plenty of other locations with much better service.

Every single time when I come to this McDonalds, they always take YEARS AND YEARS and then the order sucks, it’s either messed up, or something is wrong or missing. I’ve had a terrible day already and just wanted something to eat. I asked for FRESH COOKED chicken nuggets and French fries! When they gave me the food, it was BARELY WARM! Then the lady tried to argue saying “it just came out” Like sweetie bear you know DAMN WELL! They ended up making me a new order even though they tried to argue me down. But there’s no telling if they spit or sneezed on it. I would NOT recommend coming here.

The quarter pounder I got was way to pink inside the middle of the burger since I dined in I brought it to the supervisor attention and they corrected it right away. I really appreciate it cause i could have left a worse review than I am. Unfortunately the area wasn’t up to par but the customer service that the young man provided was exceptional. I probably won’t be back but if I do I’ll get nuggets instead. Thanks for handling the situation accordingly and efficiently I really appreciate it.

This is the worse McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The service is worst than I’ve ever seen. I paid for extra sauce, asked 3 times if it would be there, I got told yes and received ZERO. I placed a breakfast order 10 minutes before breakfast ended (I know close but still before). after I went through their horrendously long line it was already past breakfast time. they refused to make it and gave me a refund which they could’ve told me back at the ordering window so I didn’t waste more of MY time. Thanks for nothing, your service quality sucks.

I ordered a Happy Meal on the mobile app, and I went to pick it up, the girl brought my happy meal out told me they didn’t have the drink I wanted, so I ordered a sprite the girl went in & never came back out. So I went in & the girl told me that she was going to bring me my soda when she finished doing what she was doing. Horrible service.
