Braum’s is always busy, which says a lot about how popular it is. The food is consistently good, and they do a great job getting orders out quickly even with a high volume of customers. The staff has always been courteous and professional during my visits.
One area that could use improvement is the cleanliness of the dining area. Because of how busy it gets, tables are not always kept clean, and at times customers end up wiping down a table themselves just to have a place to sit. I hope they’re able to improve in this area, as it would really enhance the overall experience.
Overall, good food and fast service, just hoping to see better attention to the dining room cleanliness.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich around 9:45 pm today march 3, 2026 the chicken in the sandwich unfortunately was not cooked correctly it was hard as if it went from frozen straight into a flat top. Also the fries were soggy . I unfortunately upsized the drink from medium to large it was a strawberry limeade . It was only soda water and a bit of lime it was very disappointing…

Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy Store is an excellent store. We absolutely love the waffle cone frozen yogurt twist (chocolate & vanilla). If you like ice cream we highly recommend that you try the frozen yogurt. It tastes very creamy and just about like marshmallows. This ice cream also has a small grocery store inside of it. If you don’t want to wait in a long line and you are looking for something common, they may have it. We highly recommend this location.

To begin with, a girl working at the counter didn’t understand either English or Spanish, which wasn’t a problem, but she got annoyed when I pointed out that she was taking my order wrong. She gestured wildly and canceled the order to redo it. Then I waited for my salads, and they didn’t give them to me because they didn’t see the order. When they finally handed it to me reluctantly, an older woman, apparently the manager, told me I had paid for extra dressings, and she started telling me those extra charges weren’t showing up. She asked me which ones I wanted, and when I started pointing them out, she began yelling at me not to touch them. I told her I was pointing them out, and then she threw things at me. Seriously, they should improve their staff. If you don’t like your job, don’t do it. Don’t go to work bitter.

The strawberry poppyseed chicken salad, is amazing. It has blueberries, strawberries…even pineapple! I always get grilled, but you can also do crispy. It is my favorite thing from here. Don’t sleep on this salad! Get one today!

On top of the guys rude attitude in the drive thru (god forbid you ask him a question or want to simply customize your order), my Tuxedo Sundae was very lack luster, missing the cherry, most of the whip cream, and barely any ice cream. It wasn’t that melted, it was very minuscule when I first got it and drove home. My husband’s banana split was all wrong. He wanted two scoops of butter pecan, and one scoop of the coffee ice cream, extra hot fudge, no marshmallow topping, walnuts instead of almonds and everything else the same. He wanted the strawberry topping and cherry as well. That was not what was received. We received one scoop of butter pecan, two scoops of the cappuccino chunk, half of a banana, barely any whip cream, and absolutely no strawberry topping nor a cherry. The only thing right was the extra hot fudge (we did not say no strawberry topping) and walnuts instead of almonds. If the guys attitude wasn’t so bad before, I would have drove around and asked politely for it to be fixed. But he was so unapproachable and rude that I didn’t even want to bother. On top of the “I KNOW” after he INTERRUPTED me while I was trying to explain the customizations and wanted to make sure it was correct, I was done dealing with this man child. I should have pulled out of the drive thru and gone to Dairy Queen.
(I would have included a pic of my husbands Banana split, but he was already eating it by the time I got to mine. Might as well not waste it. Definitely not worth the price for it being totally wrong)

Braum’s has always been my favorite spot for dairy products. Their ice cream and food are really good. But over the past few months, I’ve noticed their customer service has gone downhill. At some locations, the staff’s uniforms look so dirty that it honestly makes me not want to buy food there. Today I ordered chocolate shake and I got some cooke shake.
