This was a wonderful dining experience. Me and my fiance went late, so there was virtually nobody in the restaurant which made it nice and quiet.
It took the servers a little bit to grab us at the door, but I understand business was slow when we went so I have no quarrel with it. The lady server was patient with me as I struggled a bit to choose a drink, which I appreciated.
For food, I got Sweet Tea with Lemon, and the Pancake Combo which consisted of Strawberry Banana Pancakes, Eggs, Ham, and Hashbrowns. I thought the eggs were good, and I regretted not asking for cheese as I forgot that was a thing I could do. The Ham was incredible, perfectly thick and smoky and delicious, probably the best ham I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The hashbrowns were okay–they tasted a little funky but were otherwise good. The pancakes were pretty awesome! It was perfectly sweet and adequately buttery which is the only thing I would improve (wanting more butter, that is). My fiance got an oreo shake and described it as “good.”

I’ve been to several IHOPs in my life but this one is the best one I’ve been to thus far. During a recent trip through Colorado my family and I stopped off at this IHOP and I’m glad we did because it was a great experience. I gave this location a well deserved 5 star rating because everything was on point. I’ll start with the food. If you been to one IHOP then you know what type of menu they have. And this location wasn’t different. It was good, nothing spectacular but that’s not a bad thing. So when it came to food it was as expected. I will say the food came out pretty fast though and everything was fresh. Now what blew me away about this IHOP location was the interior of the restaurant and the atmosphere while we were there. I mean atmosphere as in like the service and dining experience. The service was great. Each employee I talked to was nice and our server was very friendly and accommodating. And I also thought it was cool that they had an employee going around making balloons into animals and other requested things for kids and adults. I haven’t seen that too often at restaurants but my kids all got a balloon so it was great. Now getting to my favorite part of this IHOP and that was the interior of it. Wow the inside of this IHOP is so nice and big. It’s very spread out and can accommodate any size of party. There’s a different variety of seating to choose from, which is always helpful and good for customers. They also have a neat coffee bar inside of it as well. I will also say its very clean. For an interior this big I’m sure it has to be cleaned often and I can tell they make It a point to make sure its clean. All in all my visit here went very well and I highly recommend stopping here. I know I will definitely be stopping here for another visit if Im in the area again.

The food was really good. Our waitress was very accommodating and very nice. We had a group of 9 for my son’s birthday and she handled us with such ease. Only thing is the tip percentage at the bottom of the receipt is wrong. It’s off by $7. We had 4 adults all check. Who gets extra money? We made sure to tip with cash. Just in case. Otherwise I would recommend this Ihop over the Longmont location

I I go to this location probably once a week usually in the later hours , most of the time it’s pretty relaxed and enjoyable , saw some new faces this time , was treated very well as usual but on this occasion the hostess was my everything she sat me brought me drinks even went above and beyond to clean the table I requested, and her service was above impeccabl. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she took care of not only my order but the folks around me at least 4 other tables all with the most cheerful and pleasant attitude I’ve ever seen . The one thing that stood out was after I had my food coffee etc she continued to service all of us , great people like her is why I love this place , I like my eggs runny they weren’t so the reason behind score still delicious but there’s something bout runny yolk over my hash brown as far as atmosphere goes that’s on you corporate fat people can’t always squeeze into a booth as the space is tight

I ordered through uber eats how disgusting lost my appetite instantly. This was from “New silver 5” uneven pancakes, burnt sausage and bacon. You should be ashamed of yourselves I won’t even let my dog eat this horrible service never again

I spent 78$ on 2 meals with flavored pancakes and an entree of the chicken pesto crepe and the chicken quesadilla. To be fair presentation was not great at 10 pm, but the food was good. The wait time for the food was longer than expected, it probably was only one cook and there were like 7 tables ordering aswell.

Very bad experience at IHOP.
I ordered an omelette and was charged extra without being informed. No one explained that each ingredient is charged separately. I only added mushrooms, ham, and sausage, yet the final price was much higher than expected.
When I asked about it, the general manager spoke with me and said that this is their policy, but this was never explained before ordering, which feels misleading.
Additionally, there was a noticeable hygiene issue when the general manager spoke with me, which was uncomfortable in a restaurant setting.
Overall, a disappointing experience. I would not return.
