Unfortunately, after my daughter began eating the item, we realized it had a sour, spoiled taste and appeared to be rotten. This is quite concerning, as she consumed several bites before we noticed the issue.
As a regular customer, I trust your store to provide fresh and safe products. This experience has raised some concerns regarding your shelf-rotation practices and food safety protocols. I am bringing this to your attention because I would hate for another customer—especially a child—to get sick.
I was very disappointed by the sudden and significant price increase for the same cup size, misleadingly referred to as a “large.” It’s not about the money but the lack of transparency and consideration for loyal customers. As a result, I won’t be returning. I strongly hope management reconsiders this decision.
They literally mixed red mirchi pickle with chicken and called it pulao. The pickle smell was so strong you can tell immediately it’s kind of a Priya Pickle.
When I asked the cashier to recommend a pulao, he simply brushed it off saying, “All will be good only,” and ignored my concern. Very disappointing service.
The only saving grace was their Ghee Kaaram Dosa, which was actually great.
Also please be mindful the Dosa counter will not prepare the food until you show them the receipt.
Samosa is ok but the Mint chutney faces a large amount of water along with Green color WHICH IS HARMFUL. If anyone wants to continue having food there is fine.

Irani chai is known for its rich flavor and distinct taste, but what is served here does not reflect those standards. It lacks the expected aroma and depth, and overall feels poorly prepared.
I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works on improving the quality, as consistency and authenticity are important—especially for something as iconic as Irani chai.
We absolutely love Hello India. The food is consistently delicious, the flavors are authentic and rich, the service has always been kind and attentive, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality you get.
Every time we’ve gone, the experience has been solid. In a world where people are quick to criticize, I think it’s just as important to highlight when a place is doing things right. Yes prices have gone up— but that is just a matter of keeping up with the economy.
I also wholeheartedly appreciate that all food is halal here.
If you enjoy good Indian food, give them a fair chance and form your own opinion.
To make matters worse, the jalebi was hard, not juicy, and the price has gone up from $1 to $1.50, even as the quality has declined.
As someone who has enjoyed this place before, I’m very disappointed. I sincerely hope the management addresses both safety and quality control, because customers deserve better.
People go to this restaurant for the vibe more than the food.

Serves very good and hot snacks – but little pricey for the quantity they offer for snacks.
