I ordered a well done pizza for delivery due to a physical medical issue and cant really drive and its just my daughter and I. It was burnt. I order well due to the fact last time the dough was not cooked. But the manager on duty was very nice and remaking and sending another one. That is the only reason its getting a 3star

We made a pick up order here and I drove up to Dyersburg to get it. These guys didn’t miss or substitute anything. I appreciate getting exactly what we ordered with no problem. The establishment was clean and the staff was respectful. They were filling orders, answering calls, and the runners were in and out quickly for the deliveries. Seems like they had their hustle together over there.

I ordered a Philly cheese pizza but apparently they forgot to put the meat on the pizza. Otherwise the pizza tasted good. Just not quality service. If you’re going to call it a Philly cheese pizza you might want to put some Philly cheesesteak on it in order for the customer to be happy

The gal at the register was super friendly. Our pizza was decent. A little sparse on the toppings though. The wings, however, had way too little sauce. They were my main reason for getting pizza, the boys wanted chicken wings. We ordered barbecue boneless. They were so dry! They were a huge expense $$$. A line or two drizzled across each one is not near enough sauce! Seriously disappointed, they were definitely not worth the money. I think they just didn’t make them properly. When you Google pictures, all the wings are so saucy. We must have had someone who didn’t know what they were doing make our wings.

I’ve loved Papa John’s pizza for all of my life. Their pizza is amazing and it’s really close to where I live. I’ve had delivery before as well and it took no time at all for them to deliver it to my house. I love cheese pizza or pizza with grilled chicken on it and that’s usually what I buy anywhere when it comes to pizza. I love their chicken here at Papa John’s and I also love their stuffed crust. They recently, to my knowledge, released a Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza and it’s absolutely amazing! Their regular Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza is also great but their new Garlic version is what’s going to keep me coming back for more. I really like their thicker Garlic Sauce and it pairs perfectly with the stuffed crust on the Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust. The entire pizza is garlic-y and tastes amazing but the crust is off the charts delicious. If you haven’t tried it yet and you love garlic, do yourself a favor and try it. The deal they have for it makes it even more worthwhile to try. I would highly recommend this location as it’s right in town, easy to get to, and they deliver.

This place needs a whole new crew. Called and ordered 16 piece wings. Said it would be 9-15 minutes. I got to the restaurant after 15 min, asked about my order, the worker walked away as if he was checking on it. Waited 15 minutes and asked again and he walked away and said he was about to put them in????? Like???

Ordered a thin crust supreme pizza was told 20 minutes. Took 45 then when they gave me the pizza it was completely wrong. Then asked what I wanted them to do um remake it. Then told me it would be 10 minutes to remake it took them another 30. The boy running the register was barely speaking could barely hear him. And then threw my pizza on the counter.

Waited on our food just for them to get to our house with the wrong order . They done starting using door dash cause they don’t have drivers and the lady never came back with the food . She canceled the order. I called and ended up just getting a refund . But I’m VERY dissatisfied. We’ve waited for food for over 2hrs !!!
