Super nice staff! The morning manager was so friendly. This place is always so inviting and clean when either myself or my husband visit. The heart shaped biscuits were a nice touch for valentines.

I went through the drive thru on Wednesday May 21st around 3pm and had an incredibly disappointing experience (i was the only car in drive thru when i ordered and one pulled in behind me). The girl manning the drive thru (has short brown hair and round rim glasses) was rude and cold. No pleasantries, no hello how are you, just “Hardee’s” and “drive around”. When I drove around to get my food, the girl was again, just plain rude. Got my order, which was half missing and wrong. Asked for only pickles, ketchup, and lettuce and got tomatoes. Didn’t get my side of fries with the combo I ordered. Stay away from this location!! Mid food and rude employees

We ordered two 2 for $5.99 bags in the drive-thru. Upon arrival to the speaker we were informed the location was due to close in 8 minutes time. I still ordered, not understanding whether or not this announcement meant we could or would not be served. After returning from picking up breakfast just a minutes ago and needless to say I am just flabbergasted by the lack of pride one should have in doing the job correctly…..management has not trained the staff accordingly to meet the needs of the customer. Order was a smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a sausage gravy biscuit with a small order of hash rounds…..

Food was good but one of the 2 biscuits for $5 (sausage and egg was hard as a rock). The service is slow. I hope they hire more staff especially with the holiday season and end ot year fadr approaching. I watched customers wait for over 10 mins for food. Nice manager, friendly.

Employee took my order very politely, I was actually impressed. I waited in line for 20 min while the drive thru employee hung out the window and talked with the customer in the car ahead of me. Once I reached the window my food was waiting on the counter and it was luke warm. Having past fast food experience that car should have been pulled while their food was prepared and mine should have been served. Don’t plan to return anytime soon.

Every time I come in here to do DoorDash orders, it’s unbelievably slow even when there is no one in the parking lot. do not order from the Hardee’s in bunn nc, they let the drink sit for 30 minutes and hadn’t even started on the other part of the order except the fries which made the fries sit for just as long. This order was supposed to be done and picked up 20 minutes earlier.

Fast food is a joke! Sat at the ordering screen for 20 minutes waiting for somebody to answer then took 20 minutes to get food. ordered two hot ham and cheese sandwiches that were cold. This Hardee’s needs something done and done now.

I think I am done with this Hardees. Online order said it would be ready in 9 minutes. I was 3rd in line when I got there and figured it would be ready when I got to the window.
As SOON as I got to the window, the blonde woman said “Pull Up” we are packing it up now. Really? Was 9 minutes not enough? So I pulled up but was not happy about it as I have no problem waiting in line, I do have a problem pulling up. All about that timer. I was pulled up behind another pull up.
I then waited close to 10 more minutes and backed up to the window and asked what’s the deal? We are waiting on my gravy. Really? Is it not made prior? So I pulled up yet again behind the same car still sitting there.
She finally brought me my food and forgot the jelly packet (it is on the receipt). Finally got my food. 12 minutes after I arrived. Got home to eat it and the biscuit was over cooked, gravy was not sealed and half of it leaked out. How about you get rid of the timer garbage and just go with customer satisfaction? Just a thought.
My previous review told how the manager at the time was very rude and everyone was made to move up even if they were the only one in the drive thru. Well it appears that things have changed and I am happy to say that I now have a good experience with this Hardees. I do like the food so I am glad that has not changed. Thank you for making my home town Hardees better.
