I’ve been to this Chipotle location a few times before, but this last visit was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The staff was rude and completely uninterested in providing even basic customer service. It felt like they were annoyed that I was even placing an order.
On top of that, the portions were shockingly small. They barely put any rice, protein, or toppings in the bowl — way less than what other Chipotle locations serve — yet they’re still charging full price. If I’m paying the same amount, I expect consistent portions. This felt like half a serving.
To make it worse, they were out of multiple veggies and several key ingredients. It seems like every time I go here, something is unavailable. How does a major chain constantly run out of basic items?
Overall, very disappointing. Poor service, tiny portions, and missing ingredients. Definitely not the standard you expect from Chipotle, and I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

When this place first opened it was legit. But now the drive through takes wayy too long for pickup orders. This is the second time it’s happened. I’m talking 20 min+ to pickup an on line order. And that’s just to get to the window because 2 other cars in front of me are also waiting. Then it’s another 5 min or more for your order. No apology for the wait, the cashier could care less. I won’t be going back to this location.

First, we just got to the place at 11:15 and it opened at 10:45. The food looked not fresh and so many items were missing. The service was slow and Poor because there was only 3 people working. No salad dressing available for my salad. No tabasco sauce. No salsa. When checking out no receipt was giving or even asked. I’m guess who the manager was was just walking around and giggling. A party of 3 people ordering food with no wait was in the place for over 20 minutes. It never took me that long to get food at this place, but it will be a very long time before I ever go there during my lunch break again. Do better Chipotle. Very disappointed.

I recently dined at Chipotle for a fundraiser for my daughter’s school marching band. We ordered three burrito bowls. Everything was very fresh! Normally I get a steak bowl with just cilantro-lime rice, black beans, chicken, lettuce and mozzarella cheese. Today, I decided to try it with the sauces on the side: Sour cream, tomatillo-green chile salsa, tomatillo-red chili salsa, guacamole, and fresh tomato salsa. It was super delicious and flavorful! It is extra for the second meat option. Overall we had a great time! I definitely recommend Chipotle for an organization fundraiser!

This store closes at 11pm. We were standing in line since 8:45pm and when we reached the counter to order at 9:15pm, they said they are out of lettuce , veggies , corn , salsa, Basically everything that’s needed for veggie burritos , taco or bowl. Atleast expected a courtesy to inform the people standing in line for 30 minutes that they don’t have basic ingredients. Cashier was rude. They were out of napkins also. Do not recommend this location

This Chipotle is always running out of items. We go there because it’s the closest. But every time we have a bad experience. And today was the worst. The one serving was so rude. I had ordered hard tacos. After she put the beans in them she said they ran out of chicken and we have to wait. I asked ‘how long?’…she said ‘I dont know’. Ok, so we waited and just when we thought maybe the chicken is ready , she pointed at the empty container and said ‘It’s not here yet’ and then ‘you have to be patient’ in front of others, even though I didn’t say anything to her and just waited patiently. By the time the chicken was done, the hard tacos had gotten soggy. My daughter was very hungry so I didn’t say anything . Useless and rude service.

My kid got a bad fruit, chips were stale, rice was dry and not cooked through. All the meat were dry and burnt. How is this place still in business? Do me a favor and go somewhere else. There’s another one down on rt1 and it’s better than this one. Or even better, don’t eat at chipotle because it has gone down in quality so much.

I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle location. They charged me an extra $5.60 supposedly for extra meat, but as you can clearly see from the photo, there was no extra meat added — just the regular portion. When I politely pointed this out, the staff were rude and extremely arrogant, showing no willingness to help or even listen.
The bathrooms were filthy, which makes you question the hygiene of the entire place. It’s clear there’s a serious lack of proper management here.
Overall, this location is poorly run, unprofessional, and just not worth your time or money. Avoid it if you can.

Don’t know what happen, my past two visits has been really bad experience. I bought chips , and chips is not in the bag and I have to ask for it.
Forget drink. And wow the manager comments was like. Oh. You can put chips in your own bag….
