Was in the area during a drive, Stopped into the drive thru. It took almost 20 mins from time of ordering until I got the food. The cashier was not rude but was not friendly either. I got a quarter pounder and 2 ranch snack wraps. Well first off the food was stone cold, the chicken was not the best, it was hard and crunchy on the edges but soggy in the middle. The quarter pounder was barely cooked all the way with very little condiments on it. If I am ever in the area again I will not be stopping there for lunch.

Waited about 20-30 minutes for my small order and I get raw chicken. I had to call and ask about my order while waiting in the queue from the drive through. Severely disappointed!

They always complain and they are rude and you never get what you ask for. Tried them again against my better judgment complained about making my coffee mind you this area doesn’t have many places to go to but I see I will have to stop coming here if you don’t like your job apply somewhere else they even messed my coworkers order up .

The restaurant from restrooms, floors, tables, behind the counter and food prep area was very dirty. I had no interest in eating there. I bought my dog a hamburger and left. A restaurant should never be that dirty. The flies inside seemed happy. The employees were nice, but need training on cleaning. I wouldn’t eat there and I felt bad about giving the burger to my dogs.

There’s been multiple time where this branch gives the wrong order, but usually it’s the right size. Not this time with the flurry. Over $5 for a half empty 10 Oz cup that may or not have kit kats in it. Nothing like the advertisement on the window. Not worth the money but the people were nice.

Currently they’re promoting the ninja turtles x Sanrio happy meal and toys. My daughter is a huge fan and we only came to get the meal because of the toy. The pictures and promo is all around the building and inside. Once I ordered and received my food I checked and seen it was an old toy. I asked for the new Sanrio toys and they refused to give me one due to them not selling the old toys and still having them left. The manager says that won’t sell the toys they’re promoting until the last batch is gone. Instead we got a toy of a fries basket. My daughter is upset and me too. The only reason we came was for the happy meal toy, it was a waste of time and not how to conduct business. Sell what you’re promoting.

It does take a long time for the women to come to the cast. Register to even take an order. I think they focus on the drive-through way more than usual. Idk maybe they are understaffed who knows? If they can change their attentiveness to the front counter service would be great
