Went inside, you eat. We have never used the machine before. And it took us forever to figure out how to use it. That one person even tried to help us. And then the field was not that great. It would have been nice if one of the workers that was just standing in the back, watching us would have helped us with the caat machine. Or would it took our order? Which we prefer people contact net machine? Because it just puts people out of work. But for no one to help us or even show us, because we don’t use those kind of stuff very disappointed.

Extremely disappointed with this locations food quality. Spent $35, missing food, the extra chicken that I paid for, oh and the hot sauce that they always ask if we need but provide about 50% of the time. Glad I planned on coming home to eat because I was missing utensils for the power bowl. My chicken power bowl has a chuck of cooked black beans that look like it has sat at the bottom of the pan and dried out. This is by far the worst my food has ever looked. I am not someone to leave negative reviews BUT this location messes up my order all the time. I would rather wait for the correct order and better quality. I hope this review helps them make some positive changes. ☺️

9/2024 5* Food was excellent as always. Staff was friendly enough. I only used the drive thru today. But I will be back in the future.

Okay, I finally gave in and decided to try the nacho fries. I always enjoy the signs that say something is back and then you really wonder if there was that much demand for it. I don’t think there is for this item. The fries are coated with seasoning. You also get a small cup of nacho cheese. And that might even be good but in this case the fries were only lukewarm. They must have been sitting around for a while because there was absolutely no Crispness to them at all. The cheese sauce, however, was scaldingly hot. The combination was rather bland. An order of nacho chips would have been much more satisfying.

So I got Take out in this Taco Bell drive-through and I got a Cantina taco meal and they gave me the wrong thing. They gave me a cantina chicken burrito and then two beefy crunchy tacos instead.

Went inside to order a takeout and employees were not very friendly and they couldn’t take my order because they didn’t have enough cash for change . I ended up paying with my card and the food was just thrown together and all the tacos were in pieces . Won’t return to this store .

Went and got food with my husband here. Terrible service. They didn’t give us our Crunch Wrap Supreme, didn’t ask if we wanted hot sauce, and no plastic ware for the nachos we ordered.

They don’t have a cashier, you have to order on a screen. This could be a good thing, if they would get the order right. But every time I go they get something wrong on my order (sometimes horribly wrong) and there is no one at the counter to return the food to or to ask them to make it right. And you can stand there and wait, but the workers in the back will not come up and help you!! They’re only concern is making the food, and they do a poor job of that. This is a terrible business model and I recommend avoiding this location, unless you are just willing to pay any amount for random food that is att least edible. They made all of my food with lettuce on them when asked for no lettuce. They need to learn how to do their job. If they want to keep their jobs they better learn to to listen to customers. All of the food I have ordered from here has been wrong. Do not eat here.
