I recently visited Flanigan’s and had a really good experience overall. The customer service stood out right from the start — the hostess was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Our server was also very attentive and kept everything on point throughout the visit.
The food wasn’t bad at all, and we were able to get in and out pretty quickly without feeling rushed. Everything came out smoothly, and the staff made sure we were taken care of the whole time. With great service and a comfortable experience, I would definitely come back again.

On February 14, 2026 a group of us came to the Flanigans in Pembroke Pines.
The hostess by the name of Kaylie was Pleasant and accommodating.
Our waitress by the name of Mia made us feel Like valued customers, she was kind , attentive and thorough.. The food was spot on, and this is not the first time that I experienced good Service at this Flanigans.
On Super Bowl day, we had a takeout order with various dishes that went really well.
My compliments to the staff and the managers for doing a great job.
By the way, I spoke to one of the managers by the name of Antonio Wedderbern and complimented him when a job well done with his staff.
The restaurant business can be Brutal to say the least, but they are doing an outstanding job here.
Thank you and hope to see all of you again soon.

My Husband and I love Flanigan’s Seafood Bar & Grill in Pembroke Pines, FL. It is definitely our go to restaurant for Date Nights and other special events. We certainly enjoyed the food, service and the atmosphere. Kudos to Julissa our Server! She is simply the best and efficient. She took very good care of us and made certain our food was brought to us in time. Thanks to the other staff and Chef for their hard work and dedication in going above and beyond to satisfy the customers!

Julissa was really was very attentive and always making sure my meal n drinks were good. When I asked about other beers I was able to taste small amount to see if I wanted to try them or not. I decided to write this review because in a time when every dollar counts spending $81 on a dinner is a big deal.
Last night I decided to order take out so I called and spoke with Josh, not once but twice. My initial call was to ask if they could put the order in for me to pick up at 4:45 so it was hot and his response was, “no, call back because I am alone and I might forget”. Not a problem. I called back 10 minutes later with a very simple order, 2 full racks, one loaded baked potato and one with butter and sour cream with 2 added salads, csr and house, 6 garlic rolls and a cup of soup. Simple. But when the order was picked up it was cold and incorrect. Both had loaded baked potatoes, csr salad had bacon no dressing and the rolls looked like publix rolls with congealed butter and parsley on top.
I know it sounds trivial but I paid for an entire meal that I could not eat. I had to throw away a salad, baked potato and garlic rolls. Why? Was Josh too busy? Does Flanigan’s not take pride in their service? If the restaurant is incapable of providing take out service how do they justify adding on extra charges?
Will I return? Probably not when I can get good ribs some place else.
In a time when prices are so high the service and food should be equal to or exceed the typical average experience. Flanigan’s / Josh you both failed miserably at providing a service for a basic order. Very disappointing.

I’ve been going to this location for years now and it’s always been a great experience. So I was surprised at the disappointing experience I had yesterday. I ordered the lunch special burger, I was asked how I wanted the burger to be cooked, I asked for medium. The first one came out burnt and not edible. I hate returning food and getting a new order in fear of it coming back incorrect again. But my server insisted on getting me a new one. I cut the second burger in half and it was rare. So rare that the blood had soaked through the bottom bun. Jenna, my waitress came to ask how it was and the first thing she said was it’s too over cooked again? I showed her the burger and she seemed just annoyed at me more than anything. I was charged for the burger any way. So I paid and then spoke to the manager Justin, just to bring it to his attention. He was amazing, apologized, and said when I come back to ask for him. I’ll still recommend people to this location. The staff is always very pleasant.

I can’t say enough about this place. Great service, great prices. Food is mediocre, but fresh and plentiful. 11 of 10 value. They must rely on regulars to make this model work because I can’t get out of the chickafila drive through for less money, and this service was top notch…like literally greet us every time they walk by. My salad was crunchy and sweet. Husbands ribs were solid. Kids burger was flame grilled. 100% worth the wait.

Love watching the games when Aly is bartending. Her energy and ability to multi task and serve everyone is outstanding. The food here never fails. It’s usually our go to during the week for a lazy evening after work. We are a group of friends who usually meet here and this is our local bar. The music is always right because we get to pick our own music.

I’ve been living here since 2005. So, when Flanigans came to our neighborhood and I didn’t have to drive far I was excited. It started off great but now they are slacking! They can’t the temperature right for the burgers or steaks! I ordered medium rare and got almost well done. I can’t even eat it after paying 21.99 plus taxes and fees and taking it home to go was disappointing.
