Found this spot on google. Got the BBQ Pork and BBQ Chicken combos (includes drink and fries), also got the Mac and cheese as they were out of corn for the elote. Also got a strawberry smoothie. Everything was great but the Mac and cheese was not good – lacked flavor and had no salt.
Ice cream looks great but didn’t try it this time, another person got a cone and it looked great.

Ordered through uber eats.
Ordered the ribs since it’s labeled as a rib shack on there.
The meat was good, smoked well and tender, but they didn’t send any sauce on the side so idk I guess that’s NC style. (Never had a bbq place that didn’t try to get you hooked on their sauce but I digress)
The sides were trash. Canned greens they barely warmed up and Mac and cheese with literally no seasoning tasted like boiled noodles. Pack that up and never serve it again!!!
I noticed nice reviews about to ice cream. So I also ordered a Slice of pound cake. It was box mix and it taste like when mold spots start to form on a dessert. Throw that out & stop playing around!!!
Maybe they need to reduce the menu to only sell what they do well bc those sides and dessert just pmo royally.

Looks like an ice cream stand, but they serve more than burgers & shakes. My son inhaled 2 chili dogs and then after coming up for air told me how great they were. I went with a fish sandwich; they use regular bread instead of a roll or bun (white or wheat, toasted or not). The wait seemed a bit long but the food was hot, fresh and satisfying.

Drove past this place and knew it was going to be a great experience. We got a few chilli dogs, chilli half smoke, burger, onion rings, greens, bbq beans, and some ice cream (cotton candy, pina colada, green apple, and butter pecan).
Only gripe is that the large onion rings were lacking in size. That said it was the right amount so when we go back will be getting small.

The staff was amazing, detailed, and quick. Granted there weren’t many people in the shop when we went (~4PM on Friday) but for the complaints that I’ve seen in other reviews I’d have to assume they’re just impatient people and won’t be happy anywhere.

Would you eat this? no! Like the customer services was great. But the shrimp looked disgusting and tasted disgusting. The fries was not all the way done. The drinks was great. Yeah I’m not coming back.

BBQ family pack isn’t even a pound which is listed for $10 less than the family pack came with no sauce, got 3 different family packs and it wasn’t enough food for 8 people definitely not worth the money

Great ice cream. Try the flavor burst milkshake. It was perfect blend of vanilla and orange (that’s what I got). Place is clean.
Cheeseburgers were great. Pulled pork sandwich was awesome.
Why the 4 stars? Although the ice cream was reasonably priced, the food is on the tad expensive side for a roadside place. I guess I got used to roadside being like a food truck pricing.
Highly recommend for a quick bite.
