It is February 26 2026 1:09 PM. I made a order and I just asked the cashier. Could you please repeat it back to me so I can make sure everything was correct because I was spending over $20. She said oh my God. Ugh for real. I told her don’t worry about it and drove off. I don’t trust them making my food after that.

Placed my order and hr in advanced. When I got there it still was not ready. Waited 30 minutes. They did not get my order correct. Manager was yelling at customers and got snippy with me when a gentleman told me what he had in a bag and I said oh no that isnt me. My name is A******. She pointed at me and said ” we are getting yours right now ma’am” very loudly. I didnt argue nor was I a loud customer. Then proceeded to still get my order incorrect and infront of me, said I hate customers like that…..um. like what ma’am? I stood there waiting quite patiently. Didn’t argue as I grabbed my stuff and left. Didn’t even bother coming back in to argue my order. I worked far too long today to be arguing with anyone but I can write the right review. Maybe be nicer to your employees and quit treating them like trash.

I really wanted to support this establishment, especially since it’s Black-owned, but my experience was disappointing. As usual..
Trina, in particular, has one of the worst attitudes I’ve encountered in customer service. I asked for a simple food accommodation and quickly told “no” without any effort to explain or offer alternatives.

When I placed an order requesting fresh, mixed chicken mild and extra crispy, hot wings, none of the specifications were followed. It’s frustrating to feel like your request isn’t even being considered especially when you’re spending your money on food that you want to be fresh and good. Which i generally enjoy.

What’s even more disheartening is the way some staff treat their own community. The rudeness and lack of basic respect shouldn’t be part of any dining experience. I hope this place improves, because it has potential .but right now, the customer service needs serious attention.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Waited 35 minutes in drive thru for “fresh” chicken just to receive a bucket of slimy soggy chicken. I would not feed this to my dog let alone my family. Tried to call the restaurant to see if they could remake my order but never got an answer. It’s almost like they put old chicken back in the grease. They were not even busy it was 3 cars in line. Don’t waste your money at this KFC.

One of the worse experiences I have ever had. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo on my lunch break after sitting in the drive thur for 15 mins of my 30 min break. Once I received my food I left heading back to work. When I got back to work and open my food. I realized that my chicken was raw and my fries had a ton of salt on them. How do restaurants expect to stay open if they gonna serve people anything and they know most people are not coming back. Just Sad!

I advise you to not ever come to this restaurant if you’re expecting “fast food”. I have been here several times and am always told to pull up and wait and end up waiting over a half hour every single time and the food is never hot and fresh even when you do have to wait.

Only 1 cashier, took 15 minutes before I could order, only 1 person waiting to order before me. For whatever reason the shift manager (Bobbi) decided to count the till money while customers were waiting to order and didn’t bother about opening up the second register. The customer that ordered before me ended up getting her money back because she waited 25 min and never got her food. That shift manger just walked around and did nothing after counting money except to refund the other customer’s money, an there were 2 employees in the back that weren’t doing anything and just standing around… 1 was talking on his cell phone. I finally got my order 20 minutes after ordering, so I waited a total of 35 minutes to get food. When we got our food, the chicken was cold and only had 2 small pieces of bacon on it – we added cheese and bacon to our Zingers. Cheese never did melt cause of the cold chicken patty. The cookies were old as well… But the fries are hot. Horrible for a fast food restaurant…will never come back to this location again.

I remembered tonight why I quit going to KFC! Pulled in and did an online order so I knew it’d be hot and fresh and to avoid the drive-thru line, since they had a sign in the lobby for pick-up orders. Watched several employees come out and smoke and talk on their phones while we waited, no big deal, then noticed their comments of “what are they sitting here for?”, “are they just using our Wi-Fi?” Finally one of them had the brains to come ask if we needed help and I told her we did an online order and it should be ready. Then she tells us the lobby isn’t open for pick-up orders, we have to use the drive-thru. We wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru for an order that could’ve been brought to our car parked RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE DOORS or I could’ve walked in and gotten on time. Get the order home and we have tiny chicken tenders for our meal, half baked biscuits, and limp fries with no crisp at all. Over $50 for sub-par food and rude service. Go to Rush’s and get real food if you live in Three Fountains, this KFC has gone downhill and hasn’t looked back.

Never had good food when I try to give them another chance. They don’t care whatsoever what they give to you. The chicken was overcooked and they gave me a joke of a 3pc. The biscuits are always dry and inedible, and the soda was nothing but syrup on the last trip.
