My wife and I ate at Nana’s and it is an awesome place. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was as good as I’ve ever had eating out. We will be back and we will recommend to anyone looking for a good place to eat. Also, can’t wait to try your lunch menu.

Had errands in Jay so we popped by around 1 on a Wed. It was not busy. Great little cafe, very small, casual and very friendly greeting/service. I had the burger and my sister had the patty melt we both found our food perfectly cooked, juicy and delicious. Hot fries. Lots of ice and perfectly sweetened tea. Would definitely go back!

I went down there for the chicken-fried steak but they offered me the Frito pies supreme for $7.99 it was good it was just about perfectly portioned it wasn’t too little but it wasn’t too much. And I don’t know if it’s just two sweet tea or all the drinks but my drink was only 99¢. And that sure beats two or three dollars at most places

Young lady that worked there was on top of our drinks. Never got below a 3rd of a glass full. However my party and I forgot to leave a tip so I drove back and doubled the tip and apologized. She was very sweet.. The food is always amazing!!

Great choice for fried mushrooms and okra. Omelets are pretty flavorful. French toast was comfort food goodness, despite the high fructose corn syrup option (no maple available). Pleasant staff. A first time try – Frito Pie – was tasty; made with all-beef homemade chili. Cinnamon roll was, also, a hit.

Another little “hole in the wall” dive that doesn’t disappoint! Friendly staff and the food is wonderful! Had the hamburger steak and mashed potatoes and brown beans. They added sauteed mushrooms and gravy for me and some of the best sweet tea I’ve tasted in a while.

The first time here was 5 yrs ago. It was terrible! We went back because it’s a tradition in my husband’s family when we are in that area. It has been consistently bad! The food is OVERLY greasy, small portions and faulty equipment in the restaurant makes very loud high pitch banging noises. But what prompted today’s review was the COCKROACH that climbed along the wall in our booth! I mentioned it to staff who just killed it with a fly swatter and moved along like it was normal. And if that wasn’t enough, I’ve had a bellyache ALL DAY since eating there at 6am. We will NEVER return. And will be passing the unsanitary conditions on the health department.

The restaurant was clean, I’ll give them that. Our food wasn’t good. My hashbrowns were barely cooked and gummy, I asked for extra crispy. They often me raisin toast but they didn’t have any. Our pancake was also raw in the middle. $5.50 for a side of ham that was smaller than my hand. They comped my breakfast but if rather they just gotten it right. No, thank you. This is why people just pull thru McDonald’s.
