Went through the drive thru and the guy working (long hair) not even in a net or put up. There was no writing down my order and he came back twice to ask about veggies I wanted but when I got my sandwich there was only 2 things I asked for and tomatoes I didn’t ask for. I told him it was wrong and he then asked again not once but twice what veggies I had said. He got it mostly right that time but forgot my lettus. There was also very little meat on my sandwich. He didn’t seem to mind my complaints and fixed them without attitude but I think they should have a better order taking system for drive thru.

Placed mobile order and my husband’s order was ruined by a bit of couple red onions inside. He has an onion allergy and this is something people should be mindful of when making orders.

Quick and friendly
I had the pleasure of working with Erika today along with the young man who rung me up. Both were exceptional friendly and had a GREAT vibe.
Not only did Erika make me a mouth watering spicy Italian sub., she was a great conversationalist while she did it. Same with her work mate. I noticed that they were friendly with everyone. Even the group of teenagers that came in after me.
The store is very clean and I got my lunch quickly.

When driving through the drive through? I was a little disappointed to hear that they wanted me to disclose how many sandwiches I was going to get. I was simply just ordering the sandwich of the day, and I disclosed that I didn’t want the sandwich toasted and they toasted it anyways. I went through the drive through for convenience, not to be asked a bunch of questions. I tried to make the order easy and order it as it was listed on the menu. They should provide more training for those who are working drive through. And focus on customer service by listening to what the customer actually has to say.

I don’t know what the hell happened to Subway, but this used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but the sandwiches I got tonight were absolutely disgusting and inedible. The mayo they put on my sandwich was more like cream cheese and did not taste like mayo at all it was very sour tasting. I think it was spoiled. I couldn’t finish my sandwich. I ended up throwing it away. I don’t think I will be eating at Subway anymore.

Manager stares you down, no smile, not courteous, short with customers. Meatball sandwich was bad, meatball burnt so bad that it almost broke my tooth. See pic. Unacceptable by a manager when it comes to running an establishment.

I waited 20 minutes after I was asked to wait at the drive thru and nobody took my order. Unable to drive away because there car was in front and one behind me. I thought maybe it was busy, I looked inside and there was only one other customer there.

I usually come to this location for my grub, however this time there was an issue with my order. I called and spoke with Harlo who was incredibly kind and told me to come in and that she’d fix it right away.
When I arrived I was not met with hostility nor attitude. She was sweet and fixed everything to where it was even better than the original order I made.
She is the reason I’ll keep coming back for sure!

I placed a mobile order because I have a puppy I cant leave alone. I went inside and saw 1 person helping out the one customer and there and another person in the back probably prepping. I stood there I was never welcomed in or even spoke to. After standing there for 5 minutes. Trying to be as far away from the food as possible, i see the older lady is done making the customers sandwich she then whispers something to the other worker. I just get asked if my dog was a service animal. I answered no, that I was just picking up a mobile order but before I could finish my sentence the old lady cut me off with “its not ready yet” at this point they had accumulated a line. I know service workers hate their jobs but why be rude to people for no reason. I wasnt trying to purposefully have a dog contaminate food. I was just trying to quickly get my food without disrupting anyone and not leave my puppy in a hot car.
