I went back to red lobster after a long while. This used to be my very favorite seafood restaurant when I used to be a college student. Didn’t change much I felt. My kid loved everything about this place. I used to visit this place before she was born. Loved the food we ordered and she said this shrimp Alfredo is her new favorite pasta. Our server, Blake, took amazing care of us and was really friendly about everything. Had a pleasant lobster time after a long time.

This was our first time coming back to Red Lobster after having some poor experiences in the past, but had heard things were improving so thought we would give it a try. Our server, Blake, was very courteous and attentive, we enjoyed the food. Restaurant was clean, and all staff seemed friendly. We were pleased with our experience and will definitely come back. It was my birthday dinner and it was a really good one. The waitress was amazing. The staff and the managers checked on us, and they comped our meal because they didn’t have the steaks we had ordered they were out of, but overall, it was a good meal. I was pleased and I will return since that is my favorite red lobster to visit.

We went on Valentine’s Day evening. We emailed ahead for a reservation for 6:45 and got seated at 7:15. No worries on that. Bar was extremely busy and very slow. When we were sat our waitress was awesome, food was great and the biscuits as usual were on point!!

I made the mistake of setting up a reservation for my husband and I for Christmas dinner tonight. This was our first empty nesters experience without our son so we thought a nice dinner just the two of us would be enjoyable. We arrived about 15 minutes early so no issues with not being seated right away. Our server Forest was very nice and honestly didn’t deserve to work the holiday with such a horrible experience for him with the lack of food. We were seated and then told they didn’t have crab legs, no salmon, no french fries, no biscuits, no certain liquor and another meal plus no tortilla chips. We rearranged our order to fit what they had, added upcharged salads, stuffed mushrooms a cocktail, plus steak and lobster. I understand waiting the hour for the lobster, steak, brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes, but that wait was over cooked burned steaks and lobster about a millimeter thick. Honestly after that experience after 17 years I will never be able to step foot into that location again. I think it’s time to close your doors and call it. Hearing the manager blame the district manager for their incompetence for ordering yet continuing to sell DoorDash orders all night and the staff getting upset about not shutting it down because they were running out of food was pathetic. You took away the entire experience of a good meal for so many tonight. I truly hope you get it together or don’t be open for holiday’s again.

My sister and I had the perfect evening at Red Lobster. Hunter is such an awesome server. He was so personable, polite and helpful. We also had the occasion to meet the manager, Shay. Another top notch team member at this restaurant.
