this is the slowest chick fil a on the planet. the street near waterford is always backed up and their drive through has no coordination with foh. the food comes out pretty quickly when you get to the window from my experience, and the people in foh are friendly when you come in but the real issue is just the drive through. as an employee from another establishment, i can say that this would be unacceptable anywhere else. the amount of ipads for orders is great usually, but have employees taking orders on ipads at least 5 cars back when it’s tha backed up.

AUSTIN ,who took our order today, is always very polite, kind, and nice—always very attentive. In fact, the entire staff is wonderful.
I’ve been coming to this Chick-fil-A at Waterford Lakes for years, and everyone has always been extremely kind, attentive, and super nice.
Congratulations to this fast-food chain, and special thanks to JAMES, Ms. TAMMY and Ms. BONITA and who are incredibly loving and caring with my children, as well as to the managers of this location who constantly support the staff and truly make a difference with great efficiency.

brooo why does my medium fry have the same amount, if not less, as the kids size? There’s no fries in the bag so they didn’t fall out.

I love me some Chick-fil-A! I’ve been eating here for years. Lately the service is not how it used to be. The wait times are crazy and the customer service is what it use to be. I find myself having to check my bag before I drive off because they’ve missed things in my order. The prices haven gotten ridiculous. I don’t eat here as much as I use to. Nevertheless, I love their sandwiches, strips and the fries. The macaroni and cheese is a bit sharp on the cheese, it’s my least favorite. Overall the food is good.

Unfortunately this is the worst chikfila I’ve ever been to. The entire staff is unmanaged teenagers, they always look so confused, it takes forever to get your food or for the line to move. I’ve never waited so long in a Chikfila drive thru even if you’re the only car it still takes forever. First time I’ve ever been to a Chikfila that messed up my order too. This Chikfila just doesn’t meet the standards it’s the same experience customer service experience as going to Mc Donald’s. How is it that everytime I pull up to the window the food isn’t ready and I’m told to move up. And don’t even get me started on the parking lot. The most poorly designed chikfla I’ve ever been to.

I go there frequently. I love the food and, above all, the attentiveness of the entire staff, who strive to make you feel at home . Host James stands out, when he’s there, as he’s very chatty and attentive while I wait for my food, which makes the wait pleasant . They’re also very quick and efficient with your order, even when it’s always busy with customers. Congratulations on this store’s 25th anniversary…may there be many more years of good service and excellent customer service!

First Chick-fil-A with bad sandwich ever. Had to be a “one-off.” Normally this chain has a spotless record. Service and personnel – 5 stars.
