I enjoyed a wonderful whopper on Wednesday. Almost perfect so I say kudos. The service was good although the line was pretty slow. The staff was friendly and patient. My whopper was delicious but it was COLD! But it was so good I ate it cold.

The sandwiches tasted funny like maybe the mayo was bad, we did not eat the rest of them. I ordered the whopper jr. My friend ordered the Bacon double cheeseburger. And two Hershey’s pies, of course they were ok, but the sandwiches were turning our stomachs. We got delivery not eat-in.

Drove 20 minutes to pick up food . Get home my whopper jr is hard as a brick because the bun was burnt had 1/4 cup of mayo on the sandwich. Fries were cold . My husbands whooper was covered with mayo. And this is why I don’t go to the north side . Needless to say I didn’t eat lunch.

Fantastic service every time I go order breakfast in the mornings. Mike is so friendly in taking my order, as well as Essie and Whitney the food is ready super quick. Always leave there with a great start to the day.

Very disappointed. Impossible burger #1 was saturated in mustard, bun was stale, burger was cold. Impossible burger #2 burger had Swiss cheese that I didn’t ask for. It was customized on Burger #1. The burger was very cold and bun was stale. Onion rings and fries both very cold, shriveled, hard and over salted. Order was thrown out. Contacted customer service who would only offer coupons as compensation. We had another bad experience a year ago when our impossible burgers were pink and obviously undercooked. We did not order Burger King for over a year but gave them a chance yesterday in which this order was highly disappointing as well. The solution from Burger King was not acceptable. Customer service was a joke and the food was absolutely horrible. Do not recommend going to this location.

Not sure what they’re doing with the eggs, but they taste like they are soaked in mop/dish water. The square patties they use on the croissants. Take that off and the rest is fine.
