Most breakfast & brunch restaurants start with the same script: eggs, batter, coffee & a big ol’ griddle. We’ve found scripts are a lot like pancakes, they’re best when flipped, so we‚re always looking to turn the best breakfast classics upside-down & on their side. Stop by for delicious pancakes, french toast, benedicts, breakfast burritos, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, bacon & more! From paleo to vegetarian & vegan or dairy free & gluten free friendly, we’ll happily accommodate food allergies & diets. We want each morning to feel like your weekend & happy hour rolled into one, so our restaurants feature a full bar with alcoholic beverages. From mimosas to bloody marys, margaritas & local craft beers, we’ve got cocktails & brews covered!

Reviews
As a breakfast place, I felt like I could make most of the menu items at home for half the price (pancakes, waffles, French toast, etc) But the burrito was larger than expected, which was a welcome surprise.
In the end, I’m glad I was treated to breakfast here because I got to try it. Don’t think I would ever eat here again if I was choosing. Not because it was bad, but because there are much better options available, in my opinion.
The atmosphere is fun, energetic, and welcoming, which makes it a great place to meet friends, enjoy a weekend brunch, or even grab a weekday breakfast. The restaurant is always clean and well run, and even when it’s busy, the flow feels organized rather than chaotic.
The service is another strong point. The staff is friendly, attentive, and efficient, and they do a great job making sure you’re taken care of without feeling rushed. Yes, there’s often a wait, but the experience consistently makes it worth it. Snooze is a dependable go-to for great food, great service, and an overall enjoyable dining experience.
Here is what I posted:
tldr: don’t get the fried rice
I’ve enjoyed Snooze for many years now, so I’m surprised I didn’t notice the Habanero Pork Belly Breakfast Fried Rice before today. I don’t recommend it. The description begins with, “Jasmine-garlic fried rice” so I assumed it was inspired by the Filipino dish, Garlic fried rice. I was interested in seeing Snooze’s take on a classic Southeast Asian dish.
Greasy, over-salted and flavors that are just a bit incongruous. It seems like something AI would have come up with. “Make an Asian-inspired breakfast fried rice but give it a twist.” I love pineapple on pizza, but it was out of place, here. Sriracha is great, but the sweetness from maple throws it off.
Also just an assumption here, but I’m guessing they used kosher salt to season. Fried rice should be evenly seasoned. You shouldn’t go from a bland mouthful to a something akin to a salt lick. After reading the description, I decided to skip the kimchi seasoning. With all the conflicting flavors going on, I can only imagine how much bigger the gastronomic pileup would be if you added gochugaru. Side-note: they did not even use Jasmine rice. If you can tell the difference between Jasmine and Calrose you will be mad at this mistake/deception.
This is NOT the dish an Asian palate will enjoy. Please understand that I don’t think it was bad, just that Snooze has so many 5s on the menu. No need to order to this 3 for the sake of variety.
Also, take 5-star reviews with a grain of salt. Snooze blocks anything with fewer than 4 stars on their site. I’m sad to see their lack of integrity
