This was the worse pizza I’ve ever received. We ordered “well done” and got this sloppy doughy mess. The dough wasn’t even throughly cooked all the way through. Pizza wasn’t even cut properly. We had to rip the pieces apart. Obviously we called in and explained this wasn’t our 1st time having a bad experience at this same Marcos. I talked to the manager but he obviously didn’t understand what “well done” means. That’s basic common sense in cooking. You shouldn’t be a manager if you don’t understand these simple terms. Another thing why isn’t these pizzas being checked before they’re giving out to the customers? After speaking to the supposed manger he offered to credit my account but I explained he can’t keep it cause I won’t be coming back EVER AGAIN! He needs to work on his customer service service and communication skills very poor.

To preface, I’m pregnant and I wanted Marcos. My husband and I checked to make sure we weren’t ordering right at close, which we weren’t. There was still an hour until close. I placed the order for delivery, then I got a call saying they aren’t delivering anymore tonight and that DoorDash could bring my order but they don’t guarantee I’ll get my food. I said I’ll just pick it up. Once we got there, the man working behind the counter had his headphones in both ears and had absolutely no manners. He was able to hear me because he heard me say the name on my order, but then proceeded to ignore every single thing I said after. He never said one word to me. I said multiple different things and was ignored. I said thank you and he completely ignored me again. On my way out I said “I said thank you,” still, no response. I was also told the manager couldn’t refund the $5 tip I left a driver for a pizza I picked up, she could only refund me the delivery fee and that I’d have to contact their GM the next day for the $5 tip refund. I managed a pizza shop, I get it- sometimes you don’t have a driver- but in that instance you turn your deliveries off. It was just all around an unpleasant experience.

My friends and I walked in around 11:30 ish last night were greeted by an amazing staff. Fortunately we got the names of them Eli and Tiffany. They went out of there way to make sure everything was amazing and we had a great experience. They had some good jokes and the pizza was amazing. They gave me an estimated time of 10-15 minutes and it came out in 15. Eli and Tiffany were single handedly one of the best two-person crew I have seen due to the way they handle customers, and get there work done. We know how much of a pain it is when customers walk in near closing hours, but they knocked everything we ordered out with no problem. 10/10 experience will come back.

Absolutely horrible service! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Never actually received my food. I received a delivery confirmation and called the restaurant stating I did not get my order. They said the driver knocked on the door and attempted to call (which rang once, if this was even the call because it was from an unknown number). My family was outside decorating and no one arrived. The woman on the phone hung up on me so another family member called back to get an update. Upon explaining that their tracking may be incorrect the woman began yelling at me that her tracking wasn’t wrong and she watched as the driver was at my house and they would return after completing another order. We attempted to explain again they were not at the correct house and eventually just hung up because of the irate employee. We never received the order (of course) because they were not going to the correct location and would not take any support in finding the correct location. Unfortunately, this was a huge inconvenience because we were hosting family for the day and had to feed many hungry guests hours late with frozen pizzas.

So we eat here. A lot. Maybe three times a month. Always take out. And for the most part it’s good. Today, we just had a bad experience. Ordered two pizzas, two pizzolis, and a salad. One pizza and the salad were not made like I had requested. Of course I didn’t notice until I got home. We asked for no bacon and also to add olives and onions on the all meat pizza, along with thin crust. It appeared to be made as just a regular all meat pizza, without any of the requested changes. The salad had tomatos, but we had requested no tomatoes and no peppers, at least they left peppers off. There have been a few times they’ve been super busy and we have waited additional time to get our food, and I know everyone here works their behind off, but so do I. And today was not a good day for me. I was supposed to make a baked ziti dish at home, but yard work put me way behind. I just wanted some pizzas and such as an easy dinner and was looking forward to the all meat pizza with the requested changes, and was just disappointed with today’s order. I didn’t even eat any of the salad, but my Wife did. Sure they almost always get it right here (like 98%-99% of the time, I say that since sometimes our pizzas are ready, but not our salad, so I’ve had to wait for that to be made more than once, which seems odd to have the pizzas just sitting there waiting for something that should just be chilling in the fridge) and I rarely say anything or complain, but today just wasn’t a good day, so here is my review.

Well let’s start off with the walk in…… Employee screaming at the manager ( I presume) while the waiting area is full of customers. Manager handled it well. I had to drive to the location after getting delivery because they forgot all the sauces I paid for. The only part of my meal that was good was the cheese bread. The subs were soggy and barely anything on the, the pizza was a grease bowl and the sauce on the pizza tasted very off. Will not be returning and I’ve been going to this location for 10+ years.

I don’t know who you have answering the phones but you need to teach them some manners and about customer service!! I called at 10pm and it says you close at 11:30 and when I called about ordering i get an attitude and saying you stopped taking orders. I know it was late but I had surgery yesterday and my husband was called into work for a few hours and I cant drive right now. I was going to tip the driver a 100 because I felt bad it was late. It’s ok though because Pizza Hut was happy to take my order and the driver couldn’t believe I handed him a 100 for helping me out. My family would order take out from you guys at least 10 times a month but not no more!! I’ll take my money somewhere else!! I worked in the service industry for 19 years I would of NEVER talked to anyone like that!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered 2 large pizzas and 30 wings. The pizza was fine but the wings were slimy and soft. When I called back to ask why the wings were slimy and undercooked the manager working the floor told me that’s how their chicken is made and then proceeded to ask me in a very rude and condescending tone if I have ever eaten chicken before..and then said all chicken is slimy. Listen, I get it, food service is rough but I have never encountered a person so rude and patronizing. The wings were disgusting, my family didn’t even eat them. I asked for the owners number since Heather, the manager, refused to give it to me. I will follow up with corporate. If you’re reading this comment, skip this place.
