Placed an order in the app for three people. Burger wasn’t supposed to have onions and pickles, but it had both. The patty was dry and resembled a very thin hockey puck. The burger had clearly been sitting prepared for a long time and not when ordered. Curly fries were cold and soggy. Ordered a large diet Dr Pepper and got a medium, pointed out the error and was given the large. Mozzarella sticks missing the accompanying marinara. The lady at the window was brusque from the moment she opened the window. Overall bad experience. Won’t go back. There are better places to go when a quick meal is needed.

Waited in the drive thru with no one in front of me for over 20 minutes before I was asked to pull forward while they gathered my food, 3 chicken sliders 3 French dip and Swiss meals, and 1 double roast beef sandwich. Almost 15 minutes after that I got my food, sliders were putt together so hot that the cheese is harder than a rock and they cant be eaten, French dips have different bread and are ice cold with hardly any meat, and not a single fry with the 3 meals I ordered.. so pathetic for a $50 order…

Went here tonight, {still here} and ordered 2 gyros with extra sauce and wow, they must be hearing double because apparently when you ask for extra sauce they over do it! It was terrible. I thought maybe it was just off-kilter, but no. It’s soaked, soggy and really greasy. This is disgusting etiquette, even in fast food. Before checking the sandwiches we turned around and ordered 2 more with extra sauce and we had to wait for them to make more AND there was not nearly as much on the second two. We went back and they refused a refund but gave me two beef and cheddars instead. After half of that gyro, I probably will never eat one again. Thanks for being professional and consistent. Appreciate it….

Simply horrible. Bought a Reuben and a Swiss French Dip. Topped it off with Apple Pie Shake. Tiny French Dip with a minimal amount of meat. Highly processed cheese that was flavorless. Reuben was abysmal.. No meat on it either. Bread was barely toasted. Moral to the story, if Arby’s “has the meat,” they are definitely keeping it in the back somewhere. -Was not to be found on my sandwiches. Shake was decent, though pretty basic – no whip cream as was pictured. Meal was close to $19 dollars. I could have bought two steaks at the market for that much. Won’t be back with that garbage level of food.

This place is DISGUSTING!!!! This is the reason I stopped eating here in the 1st place. Thought I’d give it one more try and I wish I hadn’t! SO GROSS!!! Nothing gets cleaned. My feet stuck to the floor. The soda machines are caked in filth. The condiments bar looks as if it’s never been cleaned and it’s consistently DISGUSTING!!!

Every blue moon I give Arby’s another chance. Every time, same results. For some reason it’s really hard to distribute meat and other ingredients on bread. This time I got a Reuben. Half was all meat, half was all sauerkraut. Reassemble sandwich myself, ok, tastes decent. Ordered a side of cheese sauce with my curly fries. $1.29 later and they can’t even fill the tiny little cup more than half full. I find it ironic that fast food workers want to make the same wages as skilled tradesman. Get some skills!!! I must say, the atmosphere was great! The restaurant was dead, probably from all the people who have already learned their lesson about coming here. ♀️

Did not receive bronco berry sauce or maranra sauce for the poppers and cheese sticks. I live out in the valley and was mad they forgot it. I usually check bag but i shouldn’t have to do THERE work.

2 times they forgot my food then when I drove back to get my chicken sandwich I told the guy it was 2 times in a row it happened then he had a bad attitude idk if its new management or what but typically there food is fresh and they don’t forget stuff
