I love the Chipotle-adjacent bibimbap chain Bibibop, and this was what I expected: An Indian take on that kind of Americanized modern fast food! Not authentic, but a good work lunch. This location has a LOT of seating. The sauces were good & food was fresh. The one employee who grabbed my takeout order was friendly, too 🙂 However, the naan was burnt (black on one side), and the portions are a bit small. Still, it was solid, and I would generally recommend it for those who want a Chipotle/Bibibop experience.

I had a phenomenal experience at Choolaah.
The service, food, atmosphere, prices, and vibes are top notch. It’s like an Indian chipotle with a more modern feel and fresher food, and somehow the prices are just as low as Chipotle if not lower.

Went there last night with my sister for dinner. I had the salmon over rice with the Marsala sauce like I’ve always done as well as nann. It’s been a while since I’ve been there. It’s not the same since my last visit, the portions have gotten A LOT smaller, the tikka Marsala sauce is different and the nann is smaller. The prices have gone way up which is to be expected! Will I go back, probably NOT! Smaller portions, different sauces, it’s not like it used to be.

I was very happy to see a new take on Indian food which has a very similar concept of Chipotle but the difference is you don’t get to see until you order. We ordered samosa chat, chicken bowl, pav bhaji and rice bowl.
The samosa chat was designed in a way where you have to assemble everything together but the quantities were appalling like seriously. The chutneys didn’t taste that great the dish together didn’t work well. The pav bhaji was decent for the price point to the portion it’s quite less.
The chicken bowl quantities again failed very badly presented as everything were in these little bowls you have to make it yourself even if you dine in. The rice and chole box was the size of small containers. This is a very American focused Indian restaurant beware if your looking for authentic food you will be fooled.

We recently visited Choolaah for the first time, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The concept is similar to Chipotle, but with an Indian twist—think customizable bowls, and salads with rich, flavorful Indian ingredients.
The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, bold flavors and a variety of options for all kinds of dietary preferences. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, helping us navigate the menu and recommending some quick, popular picks, which turned out to be great choices.

Always love coming into choolaah for a quick dinner. They changed around their menu since I was last in, and I tried the butter chicken, which I think is a new menu item. It was delicious!! I also tried the samosas for the first time, and they were tasty. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and my food was ready very quickly.

All I want to say is a BIG ThankYou, me and my husband came for dinner here, enjoyed their food and went back home.
And the next day evening I realised that my bag was missing, which had my credit cards and my ID. I panicked and tried to remember which all places did I go the previous evening. I remembered we had gone to Choolah, Beachwood and called them and explained them everything. My husband and I rushed to their place and the girl standing at the counter handed over the bag to me!
I can’t thank you enough to the entire staff at this restaurant. Thank you so much for keeping my belongings safe. It means a lot!!

Glad I finally stopped in. Very friendly staff (Aja working the register was very kind and helpful explaining everything.) Ordering is similar to Subway/Chipotle (with them just making the food in the “back” instead. etc.) The food was great. Lots of seating. Few outdoor seats as well. Easy parking lot right in front. Good feeling to it. Will be back!
