I stopped in mainly to buy a coffee mug, but I ended up having one of the nicest customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Kevin was the server who helped me, and he was genuinely one of the kindest young men I’ve encountered. So polite, patient, and thoughtful.
He didn’t just help me with my purchase — he even took the time to help me figure out how to leave a Google review because, well… I’m old and he was incredibly nice about it. Not rushed, not annoyed — just kind.
It may seem like a small thing, but that level of kindness really made my day. Kevin is a wonderful example of what great service looks like, and this IHOP is lucky to have him. I’ll definitely be back.

Same guy who reviewed the French fries before. Got them again tonight. This time they gave me just 11 fries and once again not a single grain of salt. 0 seasoning completely bland. It’s clear they’re too lazy to make new ones and just giving out the old fries from the dinner service and not seasoning them. Come on y’all do better

I feel extremely disrespected as I spent over 50 dollars on my order from this ihop for my family ON CHRISTMAS I’m guessing you guys ran out of fries, burger buns,bacon, and ranch ?and couldn’t contact me and ask if I wanted a refund instead of whatever this atrocity I received I felt extremely offended as if someone pulled a horrible prank on me on Christmas .the classic bacon burger I received as a sandwich didn’t even come with BACON

Sunshine was my server, she was beautiful and prompt with her service. Very nice as well, especially for having to work on thanksgiving. The food was so good I have no photo for you because I ate it all already. Thank you for being open! Clean and quiet seating. Friendly staff. If im ever in the area I will definitely go again! I left my wallet on the table and did not discover it was not in my purse until 4 hours later. I called the restaurant and YES! One of the employees turned it in to the manager! I am so grateful for honest the honest person who did the right thing.

Christmas Day meal for our group of 8. We were seated immediately and given a very friendly waiter who was in good spirits (especially for working a major holiday) and joked with us while remaining professional. The food was reasonably quick though the kitchen forgot one of the meals, luckily food was shared so seven didn’t have to wait for the 8th to eat.
Drinks were kept filled and we were checked on several times without being excessive. Would definitely go here again

Even though it was just a quick pickup/takeout order and FREE FOOD, to boot!! (check out their app to get free food!), I interacted with 3 diff IHOP team members. They were friendly, helpful, QUICK, accommodating and one gentleman in particular had me laughing my way out the door with his silly antics meant to bring a smile. Thanks for the good food and good vibes!

Our server (Shane) is the ABSOLUTE BEST server I have seen in a long time. He is not over baring but he keeps a check on you and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. My daughter is Deaf and he even asked how to sign a few things so that he could say thank you. He is truly an amazing person and worker.
