I would like to take a moment to praise the staff tonight. Adriana and manager Nichole are the people that make the world of difference when not only it comes to customer service but food service. I worked in food management for almost 10 years and I know how hard it can be to make the guest feel like you care , good days or not. They heard in my voice that I was really sick and they took the time out to make sure I was ok while I was ordering for my family. This to me speaks volumes. And should to everyone else who is lucky enough to dine with them. My food was quick, and fresh. The inside was clean and the lovely lady working the second window whom I didn’t get her name, I apologize for that, they all had a warm positive attitude. I am truly grateful for the service that I received from the staff tonight. Please keep them as I can truly say from the bottom of my heart they are dime a dozen.

Good looking McDonald’s but lacks customer service. Workers here don’t really look like they care food was ok just looked like it was thrown all together. Place has potential to be a great place.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered 3 drinks , received 4 so told them we had an extra, she shrugged her shoulders. I asked for the receipt (to make sure we didn’t pay for an extra drink that we didnt order) and she rolls her eyes. On the receipt I saw we did indeed get charged for an extra drink so we asked for a refund, she again rolls her eyes. Then I see we are missing a burger and tell her so she yet again rolls her eyes and sighs. No apology was ever given , not once. Then when we drive away and finally start eating , we see a burger is literally plain , only has about a drop of ketchup. No cheese, no onions , mustard , pickles , just nothing. They also seem to never have lemonade– it doesnt matter what time of day it is. They just never sell lemonade there. Lmao hire better people mcdonalds ♀️

I’ve visited your location multiple times over the last few days since our neighborhood Walmart (which is within walking distance) has had ongoing network issues and isn’t accepting mobile payments.
Unfortunately, I’ve noticed a consistent issue with the quality of the hot food being served—specifically the chicken nuggets and fries. The items taste overcooked, burnt, and as if they were fried in old oil. It’s disappointing, especially when we’re making the extra effort to come to your store.
I recently called to ask if the oil had been changed, and instead of a simple answer, I was met with unnecessary attitude from the person who answered the phone. I understand working in food service can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with respect when they ask a straightforward question.

Horrible manager Liylly, (sp) rude and unprofessional as a manager you would think they would tell customers when they are out of something, especially when they are bagging the food but no she thinks it’s okay to send you off without the item you paid for knowing they are out of it. Then when you go to get your money back it’s a huge inconvenience to her. Needs better leadership and hospitality training.

This location Is terrible. Third time and no salt on fries. Burger cold heavy on salt enough to make your eyes water, Buns stale and tough. No napkins . Too top it off the chicken nuggets with no sauce. I asked for sweet and sour and 1 mile down I4, no sauce.

Just love a hang out spot where employees stand around and talk while one person works. You get melted ice cream because it was left on the side counter till you say something. Shout out to the lady who decided to help make food but had to stop and text her friend with her gloves on then go back to making food. Employee of the month right there.

This is by far the worst McDonalds I have EVER been to. They tell you to pull over and wait but I’m watching cars after me getting their order. I walk inside and ask where is my order and all they can say is “it’s a Big Mac”?! How many Big Macs do you serve in a day, seriously?! Bull excuse because I’m observing them and they are acting like they have no worries in the world while looking at me like I’m the one with the problem! Get your crap together! NEVER EVER GOING TO THIS PLACE!!!
