Service is usually very good when I do a mobile pick up and I enjoy the way my coffee is made, but I have found that usually when I order food, it seems to miss. I had ordered an everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese, but it was pretty burnt on top. Nothing else was burnt or overcooked, just the top of the bagel. I brushed off what I could to eat it, but it tasted charred.

I don’t drink Dunkin. I however pick it up for my daughter who loves it. This location is 3 minutes from her office. I always rice the benefit of the doubt when it comes to customer service. And only one time out of over 10 have I been met with good customer service. Twice now I’ve been given iced instead of hot. I’ve never complain. But being as my girl will be outside today and it below 10 out I ask e for the hot when handed the iced. I was met with an eye roll and then handed a not large. And when I tied to say hey this isn’t a large she shut the window… never again I’ll drive to another one. Or maybe get her into ziggis which btw NEVER has a bad attitude and always makes this right. I get bad day but bad months. Give me a break.

This store is going downhill. I went on the app today to try and show them the food they gave me through the drive thru today at 7:53AM and the app won’t let me file a complaint because I can’t enter the address. So here I go. I got served a sandwich that was cold and hard which tells me that it was also old. I eat at work so I am not driving back but I will tell you that this is disappointing for those who just want to start their mornings off right with a bite to eat. Shame because there is no way you thought this food was okay to serve me.

Love love love Dunkin! This is a corporate owned location and the staff are friendly and the lines are minimal (drive through and in store).
They had an array of holiday options and even value meal deals. Fantastic!
The staff warmed up my muffin (had no idea this was an option) & it was fabulous. My chai left much to be desired – which I unfortunately didn’t discover until I was back on the road.
Will def drop by this location again if I’m in the area for a coffee.

I’m actually impressed by how consistently wrong this order was. It’s like the staff went out of their way to ensure I didn’t get a single thing I actually asked for. Save your money and just go to the grocery store, at least there, you know what you’re picking up. Avoid this place unless you enjoy culinary surprises (the bad kind).

I work in the area over here, so this is the closest Dunkin to me, but every time I’ve came here. The girls are always rude. And there’s this girl with long green nails who has no customer service. Doesn’t know how to talk, and when she handed me my drink, she handed it to me with like a attitude and rolled her eyes for what?? For doing your job

The barista got our order wrong, which is not the first time. Instead of getting a Wake-Up wrap we got something completely different. They also forgot a coffee in the order and it took around 5 minutes to get someone’s attention as two of the three people working were on their phones texting. One person looked up at me and then went back to their phone texting.

The manager & the district manager need to be more educated how to operate Dunkin’ Donuts. Don’t even know how to ring up an egg with cheese on top, they want to charge $5.20 for an egg with cheese, exactly the same price of a sandwich with bacon . When the other Dunkin’ Donuts locations are always able to do it for me. Had to drive to another location 12 min away because these uneducated managers couldn’t figure it out. Not to mention couple months back one of the girls at the window was extremely impolite and rude.

Absolutely not going to that Dunkin ever again due to poor area, trash among the floor, bare stocked donut, and poor training with the people who work there. The fact that there wasn’t even a manager on sit makes me mad. She was having trouble printing my receipt, and even when she did, it was still wrong. When you first walk, you don’t get greedy. And then when you want to order, they don’t ask you anything, they just stare at you. I love Dunkin’ Donut, but I will not be going to that one ever again. I would advise people to go to the one in Thornton, 10 times better. I also took pictures, so you can obviously see the difference. The ones that actually look edible, delicious, and look wonderful are the ones in Thorton. The ones that look horrible I throw away, I wouldn’t ever give that out to any for free or to an animal because they belong in the trash. That how horrible they are and look.

I ordered a signature blueberry pecan latte. I did not get that today. It didn’t seem full enough, yet seemed to be all milk. My latte is so incredibly milky and does not taste like blueberry or pecan. No toppings or anything. Idk who answers the box but the girl who took my order today sounded fed up with me and even cut me off to ask “what?” while I was in the middle of a question. Maybe check in on your employees because it seems like there’s something they need to provide a certain atmosphere that they’re most likely not getting from management. I just wish my money went toward something that I don’t feel guilty about buying because it’s not worth it and the experience felt burdening. I’d love to see some improvement.
