Our wait time was given to be 20 minutes, which was to be expected, we got in under that which was great. I ordered a bone in ribeye from the case and it was cooked exactly as I ordered. Our waitress was very friendly, but was overwhelmed and another waitress in the same area also seemed overwhelmed, because we got the wrong drinks which was corrected and the table behind us was also was brought the wrong items, but was quickly corrected. The manager Vanessa did check in on us with a smile and was friendly. Overall experience was fine. Enough to warrant a return visit. Much better than our visit to Outback at Meadowbrook, which I will never revisit.

Disgusting, soggy, flavorless “sirloin”. I brought it to the servers attention, she said “I’ll get the manager”. I asked her to take the plate because even looking at it was making me sick and she left it anyways. She left us waiting for a manager and only came to give us our receipt and start cleaning up.

We stopped while traveling and it happened to be Valentine’s Day. They were very busy, but we were able to find seats at the bar and ate there. Our service was fast in spite of them being so busy and our food was delicious. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Atmosphere- 4 stars- Fun busy place to eat. Lots going here- between all the patrons, birthday celebrations and country music this place isn’t your calm romantic dining experience. Place was clean and well themed.
Service- 4 stars- waitress (sorry didn’t get her name) was attentive and friendly.
Food- 3 stars- I have eaten at other Texas Roadhouses before and had better tasting food. I got the BBQ chicken and sirloin combo. I requested medium well for my steak but it was more like medium rare. This may not bother the real steak lovers but for me I can’t handle too much pinkness. They did take it back to the kitchen but it still wasn’t cook enough for my liking. I got fresh veggies as a side (broccoli and carrots). Broccoli was ok but the carrots were not cooked enough. I will come back again but next time will stick to plain chicken.

Myra I believe was her name a young red head was our waitress she was the absolute sweetest and best waitress I’ve ever had at texas road house was awesome the greeters were exceptional as well buymyra was so attentive and never really had to ask for anything except the butter but only on our initial basket of rolls after that you couldn’t beat the exceptional service she provided great job young Lady

My last couple visits, my food was NOT good. Steak was undercooked and very “fatty” and the chicken w/portobello mushrooms was very over powering due to the gravy being too dark. I tasted no cheese on the chicken at all. But celebrating my daughters 35th birthday and the staff singing to her was good. For my bill and hers (she had chili soup and a side salad), 1 appetizer, the bill was almost $50 with 2 drinks. Pricey! May not go there again and choose outback.

My wife and I went hear for the early dine. We mentioned that when we arrived. The steak did’nt seem as good as the last sirloin we had. We both decided to have the 6 ounce sirloin at 12.99. When we received the bill we realized we ordered the 6 ounce filet which was 23.99. WE brought it to the attention of our server. She said she was sorry but there was nothing she could do. If she had at least asked if she could discount us because of the mistake. Unfortunetly this has made us decide to not go there again.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. I ordered my online for carryout for a later time in the day. I finished my errands an hour early and the staff was very helpful in getting my order finished early, with a minimal wait. Wonderful experience.

The service was phenomenal! Our server Andrea was the BEST! She made sure we was good, she knew what we needed before we even asked ! She was most definitely on top of it ! I would most definitely recommend coming here and getting her as server! We only had one issue and it was that our first batch of bread was undercooked, which wasn’t her fault but she clearly saw that and replaced it immediately! The food was delicious! The place was packed, they were most definitely doing there best to get people in and out!
