Today I experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received at ANY establishment. While ordering on my lunch break, I asked the barista at the register, (NICOLE, ) if I could use my Starbucks Stars. Since I hadn’t redeemed them in a while, I wanted to confirm. Instead of assisting, she told me to “check my balance.” When I pointed out that I was referring to Stars, not my card balance, she initially insisted I couldn’t use them. After I showed her the Stars page, she admitted I could — but then unprofessionally told me I was being “obnoxious.”
I reminded her that speaking to customers in that way was unacceptable, especially in her role. She repeated that I was “obnoxious.” When I asked for a manager, she claimed she was the manager. After confirming with another employee, it was clear she was not. NICOLE then stated she was only the “supervisor on duty” and dismissed my concerns, even when I told her I would be contacting corporate.
This behavior was antagonistic, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. No supervisor or employee should ever address a customer in that manner. Starbucks’ customer service standards appear to have declined, and this incident needs to be addressed with appropriate consequences.

Unfortunately, not only was my order not complete when handed to me, I witnessed a barista tell a man that he couldn’t get a free cup of water. She made him purchase something (and we’re out of the cheapest item he could buy) to get his legally mandated free water. When we spoke up to the barista about it, she fought back that it was policy (after demanding we get in line to make an order when my mother went back to the order drop-off to ask for a fork).
A disappointing and rude experience overall which is a shame because this has previously been such a nice location.

I’ve always received well made and consistent drinks and excellent service from this Starbucks. The baristas here are always welcoming and quick to acknowledge the customers. Also I’ve never felt like I had to wait too long for my drink to be ready.

I really like this location it’s fast and efficient but drinks is a hit or missed most time. Some workers just don’t know how to make drinks and follow directions. My drink has no sweetness at all taste like water. I order thru the app so I specify how much sugar syrup I want on my drink.

Always order a Vt. Americano with no room. It isn’t even filled to the top. I got a grande in a venti cup. Usually they’re on top of it but this morning not so much. Hopefully this isn’t just a black coffee. Disappointed.

This evening I was one of, “Those” customers at the Starbucks on Fletcher parkway and Navajo. I went in right before closing to order a venti caramel macchiato, but when I returned to my car, promptly spilled it all over the front passenger seat.
Exasperated, I went back inside the store to order a second drink, fully expecting to pay for it, but Cody told me he would take care of it and comped me my drink. That was so sweet and unexpected! Thanks for your kindness, Cody!

This store continues to have the worst espresso drinks. This hasn’t been a one-time thing. We’ve been coming to this store for over 6 years, and we’ve had decent espresso only a handful of times. Please adjust your machines so your espresso doesn’t taste like water!
