I travel frequently and eat at a lot of Chick-fil-A restaurants around the country. This was the least satisfying one I have eaten at. I ordered a 12 count nugget meal. After getting my meal, the nuggets were very small. Two of the 12 were about the size of a penny. Typically Chick-fil-A hasn’t counted the very small pieces, and would make sure you have 12 normal sizes nuggets. Usually after one of these meals, I’m no longer hungry. With how small the pieces of chicken were, I need more food. For a $13 meal, I am very disappointed.

Fantastic location and friendly employees! They just completed a renovation and it’s extremely impressive to say the least! The exterior has the two drive thru lanes that merge into one and the interior is gorgeous! Impressive layout and worthy of an interior visit! If not, the drive-thru moves quickly as busy as it is! The facility is extremely clean and there’s always employees moving about cleaning each and every table area! There’s also plenty of parking outside the building. The food was tasty and plentiful! We were impressed by the amount of food with each order and the food temperatures and flavors were impeccable! Not a complaint from us as we become regulars! The kids were disappointed in the new play area, but we didn’t visit it personally! Great location on and off the highway and easy to navigate! Excellent service all around!

drive thru was packed but it only took like 2 minutes to get my food which was nice, usually everything is perfect but this time my Mac and cheese was cold, and I ate my meal in the parking lot right after I got it so it wasn’t because it cooled off, but you can tell it wasn’t hot just by looking at it, pretty disappointing

But I need you guys to slow down in the drive thru. I got a sandwich meal, and a kids meal with an ice cream (in a dish because car). Simple enough order. I got it quick, but you forgot the drink for the kids meal and didn’t give me a spoon to eat the ice cream so now my kid is thirsty, and doesn’t have a way to eat the ice cream. Order accuracy > speed.

Drive thru line was only one lane but they worked quickly. They had orders ready to go when you got to the window. All of the condiments I requested were in the bag and the staff was friendly. Food was exactly as ordered, hot and fresh.

Congratulations. You’ve become the Joel Olsteen of fast food restaurants. All fluff and no meat. When chick fil a first entered the market, everything about the chain was great. Staff friendly, fast and efficient, food was delicious and quantity almost met price but I was willing to pay a little more to support a Christian based business. It’s not just this facility, as I travel the midwest extensively. Over the last few years, the chicken breast on the grilled bacon sandwich has continued to shrink as well as the size of the grilled nuggets. Tonight my $12.50 twelve piece contained 7 nuggets, 6 of which were nickle to quarter size. When I asked if they had mistakenly given me a six piece and showed the server, she blankly looked at me like she didn’t understand. 2 more gentle attempts to explain and rectify to no avail. Over the last year, on more than 4 occasions, I’ve had similar issues at other sites. I’m sorry to say that I’ll be placing Chick fil a in the same, off limits category for my family, as Target and Starbucks.

Just horrible to deal with this.
Looking forward to trying the new smokehouse BBQ bacon spicy chicken……… well I ordered 2 meals both was bun , chicken , cheese , and lettuce only.
Called & they took my info & guess I get a replacement order. Just a bummer. That anticipation is killing me though..

They did not put bacon on my mac and cheese when I had ordered it like that on the app as I went inside a worker asked me what happened I had explained and then he said something disrespectful to me, I ended up ignoring him, I go inside and the people at the counter gave me the same energy. I told the lady what had happened she offered to give me bacon bits for to set on or they can remake for me, I chose for them to remake and then she just handed me back the mac and cheese with the little container with bacon bits and she told me that it comes separately, I’m thinking how is it going to come separately when it gives you the option to put it in it on the app. At the end of the day I realized they did me scandalous because I ended up with cold food.

Chick-fil-A has one of the BEST business plans. They are accurate and quick. Employees always have the best manners and great customer service. A+ customer service is hard to find these days, but Chick-fil-A makes it a priority and that’s one reason we keep coming back.
