This location is always consistent. I used to go to another one local that my coffee was always different or made wrong. I have switched to coming here on my way to work and over the last year my coffee was wrong 1 time and it was someone training and it was fixed quickly with apologies. Their prices are actually cheaper than the Shirley and Devens locations as it’s a different owner. Glad I switched to coming here.

Love this Dunkin. The people are so nice. When they do get really busy they do prioritize the drive thru over the people inside (since they don’t want the cars to get backed out into the street), but they can only do so much and they do their best.

Blow away with the service and quality of my order and experience this morning, drive thru line was 6 deep, and it mooved very quickly and efficiently with minimal wait times between each order placed. When receiving my beverage and food, both came out as ordered and at the appropriate temperature. Thanks, dunks, for starting my morning off on the right foot! Strong work!

Absolutely horrible customer service. How you gonna have 7 people working, no one in lobby aside from myself, and only 2 cars in drive thru and completely ignore the customer at the counter. Didn’t even order. Ended up walking out. Instead of talking about your weekend maybe learn to do your job!! Worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. And these folks think they deserve $15+ per hour?

Your typical Dunkin’experience. The Fast food world of coffee slinging. My latte was well blended and tasted great. Food is fairly mediocre, nothing special. Service is usually pretty good, occasionally they miss that a mobile order came through, but it’s no big deal. Very limited seating in this location, but most people are here to be in & out to get their caffeine fix anyhow.

Dunkin Donuts has lost its luster!!! They are way too corporate have cut corners to save money. Food is very average to poor and the donuts and bagels are rarely fresh. In fact donuts and coffee rolls appear to have shrunk. Its Sad!!!

These folks usually make the best Dunks coffee in the area. I prefer this Dunks over any that are within all the surrounding towns. My Iced coffees and hot coffees from this Dunks always taste better.

It all depends what time you go. In the morning the staff is friendly and quick with orders. Don’t bother going in the afternoon , you will wait atleast 10 minutes before giving your order. You would think since it takes so long , that your order would be made right, which isn’t the case. If it is made right then enjoy your cold food or your watered down coffee.
If you need a coffee in the afternoon, just drive the extra 5 minutes to the dunkins in Shirley , which is always good and fast service. Trust me you will actually save time driving the extra few miles.
