Outstanding Service from Crystal! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Crystal at Cracker Barrel on Colonnade Parkway was absolutely wonderful! She was so friendly and welcoming, and gave us a fantastic recommendation—the loaded hashbrown tots as a shareable plate. She nailed it—they were delicious! The restaurant was also spotless, clean, and well-organized, making our visit even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Did not order as I walked out. Was seated for 15 min. There was maybe 2 other tables. Not very busy. But the waiter did not know how to prioritize or handle more than 3 tables obviously.

We visited at 6:30 PM two days before Christmas. The restaurant was not crowded and we were seated immediately and had the most fun, helpful, friendly server named Pam. We had meatloaf and chicken and dumplings and country fried steak and biscuits and everything was delicious. We probably weren’t prepared for the long wait as the kitchen was really slow. It took one hour to get our food. It wasn’t terrible because we were talking and catching up with each other and it gave us a little forced break from the chaos of the Christmas season. We will definitely go back as the service and food is always good. The shop is a welcome diversion for my wife as well because they have cool items that you don’t find everywhere else.

We tried to get breakfast here on Thanksgiving morning. When we were seated, we were given menus with a breakfast selection on one side and a turkey dinner option on the other side. The hostess that seated us told us they were still serving breakfast, so we were excited because that is what we were there for. After we were seated, it was at least 15 minutes before the server finally came to our table to get our drink order. We told her we were ready to order food and she tells us they are no longer serving breakfast as of 3 minutes ago!!! We explained to her that we had been waiting on her to come to our table for the past 15 minutes and once again, she said they stopped serving breakfast and we could only order the turkey dinner now! We ended up leaving the restaurant to go to the Waffle House down the road, and im glad we did because the Waffle House was good and the service there was great!

I picked up an online order tonight curbside. Some of the food was already cold and I got there when it stated it would be ready. I did not receive hash brown casserole in my order like I had chosen. Instead, it was crumbs (see photo). I am very disappointed. I have always liked Cracker Barrel. My husband’s pot roast was very dry as well.

When visiting the Cracker Barrel, you always expect consistent service and menu choices. However, on this day, it was a parent from the beginning that our waitress was struggling. She was kind and polite, and continued to apologize, but as we sat there, waiting for our food, we noticed that other people that came in after us were already eating, it took a good 30 to 40 minutes for food to arrive. Request were made not only by ourselves, but others to the waitress that were either ignored or overlooked. When the food did come out, it appeared to be slightly overcooked. However, we were too hungry to complain. Once we finished the waitress took our plates, knowing we were done, and we sat another 10 minutes waiting for her to bring back the check. It was only after I spoke with the manager, requesting their check that she brought it out to us. In my college years, I was a staff trainer with Cracker Barrel and commend the waitress for being out there working and trying, but I recommend that she has more training. As for Cracker Barrel in general, despite the fact they changed up the menu the food is always consistent and we will return.

My server was awesome. Friendly and smiling. Food was a little on the cool side. Not a good thing for eggs and potato casserole. Corporate should take care of quality problems before they worry about changing an iconic sign.

Cracker Barrel is okay for a great salad and breakfast. Only visited with someone that favors it. This particular store was very friendly and professional. Our food was hot, cool and arrived timely. The shopping area, as usual was very festive and the clearance area was great!! I always find some items to wear. Never disappoint with Cracker Barrrl for quality clothes!

A huge staple restaurant when traveling or just for some fun change of pace food they have changed over the years not quite the same as it used to be. Seems like they’re quality and attentiveness to details in their food is not the same as it used to. I know they have changed several of their entrées around with probably different suppliers and such but I do miss the way they used to do it back in the old days, it was 100% better but for overall the food was not bad and the prices are not horrible, I do enjoy going and shopping around in the little store and looking around!
