Staying in the NYNY we were looking for a sit down breakfast option. This seemed to be our only option. The wait was a little longer for our party of 6+. They told us 3x, we are cleaning your table it will be ready in a minute. 20 min later after waiting to the side and several ppl going in, we were seated. We never were rude or addressed the matter. Honesty is not something they strive for, our server was needing to catch up which was the seating issue. He was super friendly and was on top of every need we had. Our 2 kids, one ordering a healthier dish, avocado toast, and the other child indulging in a massive plate of chocolate chip pancakes. I went with the ham and scrambled eggs. In the dish description it didn’t mention it comes with 2 pieces of toast AND cubbed potatoes. You could definitely split plates with others as the quantity fits the price. Wouldn’t eat it again due to wait on table and it was just basic. The service was really good as well as the quality of coffee.

Everything tasted the same, the steak, corned beef hash, ham, even the eggs. Seems like everything was cooked next to each other on the same griddle. It tasted like it was all cooked on a used grill that wasn’t scraped down between foods being cooked.
The doughnuts and breakfast sandwiches from the grab and go were great though! And the lady running it every morning was so nice! We didn’t get to try the breakfast burritos, seems like they run out fast every morning.

We visited América inside the New York New York hotel. The place is spacious, and there’s a donut section right at the entrance that looks delicious and really catches your attention. The restaurant overall is big, but it does feel a bit old.
The service wasn’t great. Our server wasn’t very attentive and was a bit rude when answering some of the questions we had. At the end he insisted a lot for us to pay quickly, and that really makes the experience uncomfortable because you want to enjoy your meal without feeling pressured.
As for the food, breakfast was good. The pancakes were tasty, the cheese and bacon omelette was good, and my wife ordered fried eggs with bacon which were also good. Portion sizes were solid and the flavor was decent.
Overall, the place is big and the food is good, but the service definitely needs improvement.

We stopped by for brunch while visiting Las Vegas and were so glad we did! The line looked long, but we waited less than 10 minutes. The ambiance was beautiful with amazing decorations.
We ordered the avocado toast on ciabatta (simple but excellent), a veggie omelette with potatoes (good portion size), a power greens drink (super healthy and refreshing), decaf coffee, and a cinnamon roll (absolutely delicious—not too sweet, just right ). Every single plate was cleaned—nothing left behind!
Service was dependable and friendly, and overall the experience was truly enjoyable. Yummy, yummy! We’ll definitely be back.

We passed by the restaurant while visiting the casino and got a couple of donuts in the bakery at the door, then we decided to come back later for dinner.

Our server, John was absolutely professional, attentive and very friendly, kind of person that makes u feel comfortable, really nice guy.
We ordered a turkey Burger, a new york rib eye, delicious zone the mc and cheese and the onion Rings, those were sides but the portions where big. For desert a nice piece of cheesecake, creamy and tasty.

My wife and I just sat down and had a wonderful breakfast. We tried to conquer the 3 pound pancake, but came up a little bit short. If you are in Vegas @ New York, New York casino, stop in and ask for Pam. She’s at the bar. She was super nice. If you have a group of 10 people, order the 3 pound pancake. If the chef is reading this, please share this recipe with me. The pancake has some sort of custard in it. You DON’T need syrup at ALL! Trust me!

My husband and I have been coming to America for years now during our stays at NYNY. We have had nothing but positive dining experiences and generally stop in for breakfast. As a person who personally doesn’t care much for eggs, I’ve always found a variety of things to order and enjoy. The quality of the food is good, and the portion sizes are quite generous. The cocktails are tasty as well.
The wait staff (particularly CRISTAL and PAM, both of whom have worked there for quite some time) are friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I’d highly recommend stopping in for a bite the next time you’re in the neighborhood.
