Ordered 2 pasta dishes for delivery at 6:45pm, estimated delivery time was 7:30. food arrived at 8:36pm and on top of it when they got here they called me and made me come outside to their car to get my food myself instead of bringing it to the door. Food was completely cold by time it arrived I’m sure it would’ve been great if it was even atleast warm.

New to the area so we were trying out pizza places. 615 is a smaller place but they have really good pizza. The crust was good without being dry and cracker-like, the edges had a buttery flavor too. The sauce was good, appropriate amount of cheese and toppings too. We got ours to go and didn’t have to wait long, I’d definitely go back.

The food is good, but unfortunately we have had two unfortunate experiences here. The first experience we had ordered pizza for delivery, the pizza was made incorrectly. I called the shop immediately after receiving and they told me it would likely be over an hour before receiving the correct order. The second experience, I placed a delivery order for a specific timeframe because I wouldn’t be able to eat until then. They completely ignored that information and delivered almost a whole hour before the time range even began. I had already tipped 35% on the order and they can’t even be bothered to pay attention to details. Really sad.

I’ve been ordering from here the last 3 months. I placed pick up, and delivery orders, never had an issue. The delivery charge is a bit high. SO if you can pick up you can save. I normally get the chicken Alfredo pizza, or the meat lovers calzone, both are AMAZING . This time I got the pepperoni and sausage pizza , also a side of chicken and a grilled chicken salad all was GREAT

Wow. That was really terrific pizza. I loved it. It had a great chewy soft dough with a lot of good bready flavor. The sauce was good. The pepperoni was good. I thought at first that there was not enough sausage but after eating it I think it was perfect. I was upset when I got the bill. It was a lot more than it should be. I had a coupon but was still charged full price. It was worth it but I would definitely have not chosen this place without the coupon. I recommend the delicious pizza but the cost should have been communicated instead of blind siding me.

Trying to order from my favorite Pizzeria, instead this pizza place popped over the site I was using. I called my place. They did not have my order. Email from 615 saying pizza order received. I immediately called to cancel this order. Refund my card was told this would be done by corporate. They canceled my order. They had not started to prepare my order. So I waited to see if my card had been refunded to.my account. Usually it takes so They say 24 hours. I call corporate to refund my card. They said you waited 2 days.They did not send the.pizza. They were not going to refund my card..I giving them a chance to redeem their customer service ask for the pizza I paid for

This was our first time using 615 and their service was Splendid! The delivery was perfect !. The purpose of their service was for a small networking event on a college campus. I ordered pizzas – two medium & one large (get the sundried tomato-very delicious), a small order of wings, and 3 of each cookie they offer. THERE WAS NOTHING LEFT!!!
I placed the order a day ahead and they called back with the total amount as promised.
We shall definitely revisit for more fantastic options.
