The food is pretty good, I had the ultimate meal, which was pretty good although the potatoes seemed a bit overcooked and the tortillas were a little hard to pull apart somewhat rubbery but good tasting.

I recently came to Texas and so far I’m loving it with every passing day. We went to this vibrant Mexican place and I think they serve the best Mexican food in town. I have never seen this colourful restaurant with such lively vibes. We had veggie tacos, nachos with guac and a veggie burrito plate with unlimited salsa dips at a reasonable price.

It was been a long while since I’ve had Rosa’s cafe and it did bring back some good memories. Overall, I think the food is pretty decent quality for the price. I really like the taco salad. The chicken you can get with it pairs very well and is about $7 currently. Got some tacos too and they were fine/good. Could have had more flavor but they were $3.19 per crunchy taco which I feel is a tad on the higher side. Getting close to Fuzzy/Torchy territory but pretty far off on flavor. Cheese enchilada was decent too. The cheese does cool pretty quickly so it’ll become a harder chunk of cheese. In short, not a bad spot to get some quick nicer Mexican fast food. (Has drive through too or a nice clean inside)

Love LOVE Rosa’s! Anytime I’m back in town, I visit. Their food and staff are top notch. The star of the show are the tortillas, as one might expect. Meats are well seasoned, and their salsa selection is varied and flavorful.

The food is really good for the price & portion, don’t bother with that other “Taco Place” across the street that I won’t say the name of. Coffee is cheap & pretty darn good, and bottled beer is also available inside. Very speedy service with quality!
