Stole $48 from us, we ordered a family meal with specific types of pizzas. And end up getting a $7 cheese pizza and a dried cheese pineapple pizza, and we was told we can’t get our money back, neither get our right order. Fairlawn and Radford has trash environment food franchises.

Ordered the pizza two hours prior to the event that we needed it for it wasn’t delivered.In fact, they hadn’t even made it when we showed up at the site, thirty minutes past the delivery time. management and workers were rude and acted like it was an inconvenience because they failed to do their job. Worst experience with a Dominoes in a while. I ordered a medium pizza with spinach, chicken, and half buffalo sauce, and this is what I received. Delivery took 45 minutes to get to me, and asked me to meet him in a random parking lot. I paid for delivery so it should be brought to my door. Period.
Also, I paid for garlic sauce and the delivery driver was unbothered and offered to “just tell another driver to bring it, “ after I noticed there was no sauce. I called back and told them my pizza was unappetizing and sloppy, they offered a remake that also wasn’t appetizing when it arrived. All they offered was a 2- liter soda?? Absolutely ridiculous. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Will not ever be returning.

If you buy from here, make sure you have your own pizza cutter, because they’ll give it to you uncut. Domino’s food is sub-par anyway, but not cutting the pizza is reason enough to not tip. I’m done ordering from here.

I cannot say enough good things about this Dominos location- several years back the quality of the pizza leveled way up, it always arrives hot, the drivers are super quick and timely, not to mention friendly. I have not been disappointed once. Whatever changes the company implemented, it’s definitely working out big time 🙂

Normally I hate to saying anything negative and I am always trying to look at the positive. Today I saw Half eaten wings in the entire container. I may contact a lawyer about this. I ate the one that was covering the rest without knowing.. Disgusting!!!
I could get Sick and you would think the front counter would have inspected the food before handing it out. My significant other had her wings the same way and we both had to toss them. Gross!!!

Okay I order from here a lot, and I’ve been pretty reasonable at times because I know how customers can be very hard to please.. tonight I ordered a specialty pizza and it was not fully cooked, you could pick up a slice and everything would literally fall off the pizza, I ordered late maybe before closing which i rarely do but as inconvenient it is for them it was for me as well considering I’ve been at work all day I understand how business can be, but I was delivered a uncooked pizza and I have video proof… very unacceptable… I would not order here unless it is convenient for them, because I’ve had good pizza here.. but it’s the days when it is inconvenient that I worry the most, and to be honest that is not good business..
