Upon arriving in the BROS. Houligan restaurant, Its very casual upbeat atmosphere. The staff is happy to be there! They’re happy you’re there! Our server was JUICE Also the bartender. JUICE, Offered us many different items on the menu was very knowledgeable about everything that was being served the specials he brought us the HouliKaine an alcohol beverage that was off the chain. I ordered the wings with side order of mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans and it was probably the best wings I’ve ever had. I only could eat four out of 10. I thought I could eat all of them, but it’s too much for me. Large portions staff is wonderful. I really enjoyed myself there and I definitely would come back. I recommend them a 10 of 1 to 10. First time here and I had a great meal. I had their fried chicken livers with mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans. I am not kidding when I say theirs were as good as I ever had. Generous portions, and cooked perfectly. My waitress Veronica was super friendly and her service was on point. Bottom line: If I ever want chicken livers Bros. Houligan has my business.

We walked into locally owned Brothers Hooligan, and noticed the tables and chairs were well worn. We were surprised the entire place was crowed with regulars on a Sunday night at 6:30. My husband had a grilled pork chop which came with apple sauce and never ending green beans (they are to die for!) I got three good sized nicely spiced crab cakes with light batter, coleslaw, green beans, mashed potatoes and added an order of homemade apple sauce. It was scrumptious. I had a beer and my husband got a cheese cake for dessert. It was all just $34. So much for so little. Shout out to Jake and Veronica, who gave us fantastic service. You can tell people have worked there for quite awhile because they enjoy it, and work well together making it a feel good atmosphere. The place is spotless, and we heard the ice machine is cleaned out every week, the salt and pepper shakers are washed three times each time, multiple times a week, along with every other surface. I saw many people eating the fish and chips, battered cod, and it looked so appetizing, too. Please give them a try!

Normally love Bros. Houligan but was disappointed waiting 15 minutes past the 20 minutes I was told for this take out order. Was supposed to be 5 chicken strips and these are the smallest strips I’ve ever seen. Could’ve gotten more food for the same price at Canes next door.

Wait staff especially Janet was friendly, prompt and professional. We had a large group and our drinks stayed filled the entire time. This was our first visit and I had heard that the chicken fried steak with mash potatoes and gravy were considered by many the best in Tulsa so that was what I ordered. The food was fresh prepared and very good. The green beans and rolls were very much like a grandma had made them in her kitchen. The cottage fries were waffle fries not the traditional cottage style, but well cooked. I wouldn’t say it was the best chicken fried steak in Tulsa but it would definitely be near the top in my experience.

The Brothers Houligan use to be a joyful experience. I haven’t been here in a while and man, has the place gone DOWN HILL!!!! They changed the green beans, the wait staff was completely terrible. I know they are supposed to work like a team all hands on deck. Not tonight. Our table constantly got over looked. Multiple tables including our own were missing sides ordered. I had to literally waive down someone to get refills. Just terrible. Hopefully management makes a change back to how this place use to be!

My wife and I just ate at this wonderful place called Bros. Houligan. I was immediately impressed with the welcome we received and the waitstaff.
We both had the famous chicken fried steak and was not disappointed at all. The food was great and quickly reminded me of how I cook at home.
Being a trained chef I quickly recognized most of the recipes and cooking procedures to produce such good food and was pleased to see that there’s still some places that don’t cut corners on preparing a delightful meal for it’s customers.
In this “microwave it and get it out quick” society we live in I’m glad to see that some at Houligan’s still knows how to use a pan and deep fryer.
Would definitely go often if we didn’t live 4 hours away.
Thank you Juice for such good service and hospitality.

One of my favorite places to go that tastes just like a homemade meal. The gravy is SUPERB. I love the chicken strips and green beans as well. The prices are super affordable too! They are so kind, everyone that works there. They provided my family with a wonderful meal during my cancer treatment. I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant.
