We ordered a Vito and it came with brown and wilted lettuce. When we called the store they insisted it was fresh, but they could make another for us to pick up with no offer of a discount. The new sandwich came the same way with brown lettuce. I have been there before and not had any issues, but this is not what I have in mind when I think of a fresh sub sandwich.

Since the recent changes at this location, the sandwiches and service have been great! We’ve never waited more than 5-10 minutes max whether picking up or ordering at the drive through, orders have been accurate and the employees have been friendly. The building appears to have been cared for and updated as well. We used to come by in the past and thought it was closed during regular business hours because it was so dark inside. Now it’s well lit and clean.

I got the 16 with cheese and before I even paid my food was done, that’s what you call freaky fast. Overall I give them a 5/5 the food tastes amazing and customer service was pretty good.

Still haven’t got my food it’s been almost 2 hours. Said I had to pay with card to get it delivered after I called after 50 mins never called me to tell me they dont accept cash cause they use a 3rd party delivery. If I would’ve known that I would’ve just went a picked it up. Now im still waiting ordered it at 5:09pm it is now 6:51pm

Turkey sandwich without a Turkey. We went first time to try Jimmy John’s food, the cashier took my order wrong, however we were in hurry, i ate the veggie sandwich anyhow as the price was same and i wasn’t in a mood to argue. Jimmy John’s don’t have Chicken sandwich but have 3 different type of pork… Surprise!!

I stopped by Jimmy John’s for the first time today and I ordered just a veggie sandwich to-go because that was the only vegetarian option. The order taker typed in and made a turkey tomato sandwich instead, I didn’t realize it until I got home.

Jimmy John’s is always a go to for my quick lunch. While the food here is consistent, I had to stop picking up from this location. The staff is very friendly and it’s obvious they are working hard. It seems lately they’ve been understaffed, which is no reflection on their efforts. The location is convenient, but I can’t risk the 20+ min wait. I always order ahead of time, but it doesn’t seem to help. On the days I’m not in a hurry I’ll be sure to return.
