Walked in and I received no greeting. After waiting a few minutes for the two employees to finish online orders, I was helped by an older employee with gray facial hair who got hostile when I asked for a double wrapped homewrecker burrito and even more upset when I asked for more than half a scoop of rice. He yelled, told me no more rice, refused my service, then yelled sexually derogative slurs towards me. He refused to give me his name or the store manager’s name, he called police whilst following me outside of the restaurant to my car.
I feared for my safety. I’m a professional individual who was polite to this man the whole entire time I do not understand his anger towards a customer. Corporate and district manager are investigating. Avoid this location.

Since this is a chain, I imagine the food is equivalent at most other Moe’s. However, the staff here are very kind and welcoming. There. Is one employee there, Alex, who is very sweet with my kids when we go. My kids specifically ask to go to this location over the other one that is next to our house.

Just a really solid place overall. I haven’t been to a Moe’s since I was 9 years old, and this brought back memories. I had never gotten the tacos before, but since it was LeBron’s birthday, I had to celebrate it with some others. They were pretty good looking and I thought the choices for customizing were nice. All my tacos were different and pretty tasty. Since I got steak on one, it added 1.49 which I think is a bit of a scam but whatever. My total was about 12 dollars and I’m pretty satisfied with my meal. I also like that I can serve myself salsa containers with many choices. There are definitely higher quality Mexican restaurants, but the prices here are great. Just wish there was more meat.

I suppose I can’t eat pizza every day. So today I was in the mood for tacos. I decided to go to Moes in Avon. I actually prefer Moes over chipotle although both are good. Every time I go here there is a line, it moves fairly quickly though. Probably my favorite thing about this particular Moes is they don’t scream “WELCOME TO MOES” when someone walks in. The food is always fresh and the service is always fast. The only thing I wish they would focus on a little bit is wiping the tables down more often. I know it’s tough because they are so busy. Just some constructive criticism though. Thanks a lot guys!

I did take out otherwisevivwould have returned my quesadilla. They have changed the way they cook things and I was very disappointed. The meal was cold and cheese was not melted. Won’t go here again.

We love Moe’s. The food here is great, the people are super nice and the customer service it great. I do have to call out Briana as she clearly stands out the standard for customer service. So nice, always makes everything spot on and just the example of customer service. The Avon store is by far the best Moe’s I have been to. Keep up the great work!

Went there tonight, and I think she was the manager. Brianna. I hope I spelled it right. She was so helpful. We had a couple of problems with our gift cards, and she was very patient and helped us through it. The other staff were great as well. I would definitely go back here just because the staffs customer service skills were on point

Wonderful staff They do a great job with making your meal. Zujeidy and the other staff members are very friendly. I have noticed some other places being lazy with preparing your meal, but here they try their best to make the Mexican meal to your liking. The place is clean as well. Would recommend if in the area .
