We just stopped by to get our great grandson some nuggets. My wife and I are only eating plants. We used to love the Chik-fil-A sandwiches, however; they are no longer on our diet. The kids love them.
The service here is excellent. Great freindly staff that are efficient and moving customers through and making sure the customers are served properly.

Came through the drive through this morning for a quick breakfast and ordered a sausage biscuit with hash browns. The biscuit was good and fine but I took a bite of 1 hash brown and it was cold. Not cold like -I waited too long to eat these- cold but cold like they were never heated to begin with. I immediately spit it out and will be throwing the entire box away just to be safe. That is a big food safety issue and I just hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
EDIT: After posting about my bad experience the location replied with their phone number asking me to reach out. I figured they would offer a voucher of some kind to make up for the money I lost so I did. Over the span of 2 weeks I called the number, texted, left a voicemail, and called the location but have heard NOTHING back. Granted the holidays were in between but it’s clear to me that they just wanted to look like they were providing decent customer service. I guess that’s the way things are run here. I will not be returning and anyone else…go at your own risk.
EDIT 2: So this is an update the true store owner reached out to me and mailed me a few vouchers and a note which I greatly appreciated. I will say that when I recieved them one of the vouchers was already expired and when I went to use it at a different location they told me they couldn’t accept it. I ended up having to go back to the original location and asking for a manager who was able to help me. In conclusion it was a little rough but they did make an effort so I added some stars. Thank you.

Picked up catering but they designed this place for drive thru only. They have very limited parking for customers near the building. Had to park far way, which is fine, but they then have no sidewalk or clear signage of how to get to the doors to enter. Walking therefore requires you to walk in traffic, which is kinda crazy to me.

This might be the worst ChickFilA experience in Greenville. No matter when I visit, it’s a 15-20 min wait in drive through after you’ve ordered. Every time I promise myself that I’m going to only go to other more functional Chick Fil As in town. I end up doing that for months and then try this one again only to be burned by poor operations and service. I do not recommend.

It is February 4, 2026. I ordered breakfast on the mobile app before 10:30 and Arrive through the drive-through line to pick it up. I was informed by a short, stout white man with a beard that I couldn’t get my order even if I order on the app because breakfast hours were over. He told me to cancel the order and when I asked him about a refund, he shrugged and was rude. His attitude was frustrating because I come to Chick-fil-A solely for the customer service. Fortunately, the young man named Timothy came out and was able to honor my order and I got it. I had a great experience With Timothy, but not the other man.

The service and drive-through even with the app is so freaking slow! I had a plain biscuit, a hash brown and a Sunjoy. And I waited in line for over 15 minutes. It’s like none of the workers are in any kind of rush to get food out. So disappointing their service used to be a lot faster.

This is by far the worst chick fil a I’ve ever visited. For starters there is not enough parking. Customer Service was good when having our order taken. We got our drinks which were coke and they tasted watered down so we went and asked for sweet tea. Those were watered down also and not very sweet at all. I just settled with that because I did not want to be that person that can’t be pleased. While waiting for our food I went to use the restroom, but couldn’t because there are only 2 stalls and they both were occupied and the occupants seemed to have upset stomachs. I probably should have just let at that point. It took an unusually long amount of time to recieve our food. My husband had to go up to the counter to check on it. Finally it arrived a bit later. His sandwich was cold. Cheese wouldn’t even melt to the chicken. My sandwich was so soggy that it was falling apart. I couldn’t finish it. Fries were the only thing edible, but at that point I didn’t even have an appetite for those. I won’t visit this location again.

I ordered a large fry and this is what they gave me. It was barely halfway full. I work at a Chick-fil-A and the only time the fries would ever sink is if it was been a while sitting in the box but these were fresh. I hope this CFA takes more care when bagging fries in the future

People are so nice, restaurant is nice. Fries are amazing and they got the good ice and sodas. I love the flavor of their chicken, but I always get the nuggies and most of it is weird pieces full of cartilage and they’re just inedible.
