We stopped by Old West Cafe after a hospital visit with my Aunt, and it was exactly what she needed. Being from East Texas, she’s a bit of a Chicken Fried Steak expert, and Old West truly delivered! Everything was delicious—from the CFS and mashed potatoes to the fried okra, fries, and even the grilled cheese and fruit for the lighter appetite.
A huge shoutout to our waiter, Michael H. He was so sweet and helpful; his friendly banter really brightened our day. It’s rare to find great food and great service in one spot, but Michael and the kitchen staff nailed it. We will definitely be back!

After a late Sunday night Cowboys game, we stopped at Old West Cafe near the airport before our Monday flight. Even at 11:30 a.m. on a Monday, it was busy, but the wait was short.

They’re busy but the wait was not too bad on both days. Food comes fast and the servers are lovely!
Most importantly, their food is so so good! This is not just an ordinary breakfast place with the same old boring things that you can cook at home…. Their dishes are fabulous and so rich in flavor!!!

Friendly staff and they were able to seat a decent number of people quickly. The food overall tastes good and is reasonably prices but they are skimpy on the meats. Really 2 meats equal a total of two stripes of bacon???? The biscuits amd sausage gravy where only average ans barely had anu sausage in it. Parking lot is a bit weirdly designed.

My family and I really enjoyed our visit to Old West Cafe! The pancakes were super delicious, and the eggs and bacon were cooked just right and tasted great. Our server Jonathon was amazing, so kind and welcoming, definitely a 10/10 for hospitality. The food came out fast too! This is such a good spot for breakfast/lunch, we’ll definitely be coming back!
