Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I would suggest going to any other whataburger or just avoid Whataburger altogether honestly. I was served raw chicken after previously being served chicken with a bone still in it at the same exact location. I understand mistakes happen but Whataburger has made it a struggle to even get a refund back and I would recommend just saving your money and going to an establishment that can do the bare minimum.

My husband ordered the sandwich with eggs and bacon. When bite the sandwich he told me the taste was weird. He’s color blind and show me the sandwich and the egg was rotten. He went to the Manager and show her the sandwich and she said that she will give him another one. She was the one that prepared the first one She never refund the money. She just gave him another sandwich like she didn’t care. My husband tossed to the trash. That day my husband ended up with stomach pain. NEVER AGAIN

Honestly the last time I order like EVER look at the bun it’s hard as a rock! And disgusting! I tried to so many times to give them the benefit I of the doubt always a hit or miss but usually it’s a MISS. Honestly why yall still up and running with the disgusting food. “Can I replace it” no thank you why would I re order this disgusting food of replacement??? “Okay” in a very rude way. Make sure you get better employees dang rude employees and nasty food would not recommend.

We had a great experience at Whataburger here in Burgess Road. From the moment I walked in the team was welcoming and professional. The food was fresh hot and made exactly the way I ordered it. The dining area was clean and you could tell the staff takes pride in keeping everything organized and running smoothly. The customer service really stood out. The team members were very friendly attentive and made sure my orders was correct before I left even during a busy time they stayed positive and work efficiently this Location consistently delivers, great quality and hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Every time I come to this Whataburger I have an issue. Sure it’s fast food and I really don’t have high expectations but the bare minimum of getting my food how I ordered it is the least I ask. Like when I order meals, I would think you would remember to put my fries in my bag. Because that is the absolute bare minimum.
Or when I order a sweet and spicy bacon burger that I would get that and not an entirely different burger. The sticker on the wrapper even said sweet and spicy bacon burger so I’m pretty impressed that I got the wrong burger. I did ask for mayo on it and they definitely delivered with the mayo though!

Ever since Whataburger sold out to an investment firm years ago their food has gone down the drain. Had to pop in here because there was nowhere else to go and I was late for work.
And just look at the chicken biscuit they gave me. Not only was the The chicken strip they put on my biscuit tiny It was just mostly bread there was almost no chicken anywhere in it. First time I had come back to Whataburger in 2 years and now I remember why I stopped going in the first place. The old Whataburger is dead. Long live the new frozen garbage investment firm fast food joint.

The hospitality at this fast food restaurant was amazing! All I received was smiles as I was welcomed in by the employees working up front. I received my food within 3-5 minutes and it was delicious! I would recommend coming to this whataburger.
