Ordered online to have delivered to a nearby hospital for my mother since I wasn’t able to go. The pizza and sides were made quickly and delivered in a timely manner. My delivery driver was Tony, he called me ahead of time to ensure that my mom would be able to get her ordered if he had to leave it at the front desk. When he arrived he was able to take food directly to my mom’s room. I appreciate that he took the time to call before just possibly leaving the food upfront.

My pizzas were excellent for a chain location, and Steve’s the man! I got my delivery quickly and he followed the delivery instructions (can’t tell you how many carriers can’t follow “enter parking lot, I’ll be by the patio”). My only complaint is that the pizzas were pretty expensive, $18 each for 2 mediums, for $45 total, not including tip. However, obviously the location doesn’t set prices, so I don’t hold that against them. That said, they were delicious. I’ll never go back to the hut again.

Was told by manager that he didn’t have time for my shit and hung up on me. O was due a credit because they messed up my order, delivered someone else order to me I guess, so I tried to reorder and he told me I would have to pay full price. What the actual heck. You guys messed up, again. Not me. Where is my money back??????? The store manager reached out and tried to make it right, which was cool. Updated to 3 stars for the follow up, but this was still not a good interaction and very unprofessional. Update again, the store made it right. Thank you.

Family over unexpectedly, ordered pizza’s for all on the $9.99 large deal “any way you want it.” The pizza’s came steaming hot and fresh and we all enjoyed. This was probably best pizza I ever ate!

I’ve only ordered online from this location, so I’m only reviewing the standard/quality of the food. Almost every order I’ve placed for this location delivered under-cooked pizza and/or bread-bowls. The sandwiches and chicken wings are usually pretty good though. And I’ve never had an issue resolving the issue of the under-cooked food. Still happens a bit too frequently, especially with long delivery times. The food should be done.
EDIT: I can’t believe I had to edit this just three days later, but I placed an order that was once again undercooked, and got a 5 cheese dip that was empty. I was used to having the oven at home prepped to finish cooking my pizza, so when I called the store I settled for a “credit” for another 5 cheese dip & bread with my next order. Placed that order today and called the store to use my “credit”. The images are attached for all to see what they thought was acceptable to deliver a customer (even if it was free). I will no longer be a customer of this franchise because of the consistent low quality of food provided.

Worst Domino’s I have experienced. They sent me a pizza with hair on it and when I called them to let them know. The guy got defensive saying that never happens and spoke to me like I put the hair on the pizza myself when it was clearly baked in with the cheese. No empathy or respect for paying customers.

Worst Dominos I’ve ever ordered from. Pizza arrived with no toppings. Cinnamon Bites arrived undercooked and not prepared correctly. Manager seemed bothered when I wanted pizza re-delivered rather than accepting a “$7 off” coupon for next time. Disappointing and poorly run franchise.
