The food is decent I tried something a little different than I would normally get it was some sort of special French toast bake and it just tasted really processed. But I know their pancakes and there’s standard stuff is pretty good and consistent. I had some friendly sarcastic banter with the host which I thought was pretty funny, and the server was really nice. It’s basically what you expect going to a cracker barrel.

It has been a long long time since I entered a cracker barrel, it’s a lot brighter inside than it use to be, and a heck of a lot louder.
Food was good, service was good, wish it was a little more chill overall but it could’ve just been that it was really busy.
I got the classic sampler, it was fine.
Vanilla iced latte was surprisingly good as well, I’m sure I’ll be back eventually lol

We love to eat here. This time in particular our waitress Michelle was super awesome! She was very pleasant and just overall a wonderful person.

My server Sydona was awful. She walked us to our table after rudely asking how many of us there were. Only to find out that she was also our server and not the host. We didn’t get our drinks until about 10-15 minutes later and it took forever to get our food. She put in my eggs wrong and never fixed it despite me asking. When we would ask her for something she would rudely stomp away. We had to ask for refills too. I am a regular. I come here often. But after having her as our server, I’m not sure I will be back. It was an awful experience.

Our server Hannah was great! She’s a keeper!
Unfortunately, our meals, the Country Fried Turkey, were only lukewarm at best. My husband said his hashbrown casserole was cold. The flavors were good but just needed to be hotter.
At least the biscuits were hot and fresh from the oven.
I rated the atmosphere as such as the dining room was freezing!

My first time to a Cracker Barrel here in Tulsa, and the fried fish and chicken were so delicious! Even better was the customer service we received from our waitress Kaitlyn. She was all smiles the whole time and checked on us every 5 mins, keeping our glasses full and attending to our requests very efficiently and professionally. I’m definitely returning here in the near future ! GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE!!

Our most recent visit here, and it was one of the best. The food was so delicious and the portion sizes seemed bigger, like they were several years ago. I still don’t enjoy the seating. I highly dislike being sat at a table in the middle of many other tables. There were so many conversations going on around us that it was difficult to hear and talk. It would also be amazing to see a section of booths or some more comfortable seating for people like me with lower back issues and such. Our waitress was very thoughtful and friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our meals and will of course be back sometime.

We could tell that our server didn’t really want to be at work. She barely visited the table. Forgot the cornbread/biscuits and even had a different server bring us our check. Other than that, the food was great!

Our waitress was the only good thing about our visit. She and the rest of the waiters were working their butts off trying to get peoples food. The manager, however, needs to be fired immediately. I requested a manager after 45 MINUTES of not getting our food. He came up, said nothing, I told
Him long we waited and said barely anything and then got our food. No apology, no discount, nothing. Never even showed up after we finally got our food after waiting now a whole HOUR. Again, I felt bad for the staff they were truly working hard with ZERO guidance from authority. We also witnessed 4 tables get up and leave due to the same problem. We will not be back. Fire the managers because they clearly don’t know how to run anything.
