This Subway location was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and there are definitely much better Subway locations out there. The app advertised a deal that clearly looked like “buy two sandwiches, get one free,” which naturally made us believe we could receive all three sandwiches in one visit. However, when we went to the store, the employee told us we had to order through the app, and even after doing that, we still didn’t receive the third sandwich for free.
Only afterward did we find out that the “free” sandwich required coming back on a completely separate day, which was never clearly explained in the promotion. This is extremely misleading and feels unfair to customers, especially when the wording makes it seem like the free sandwich is included immediately. We ended up paying around $40 for our sandwiches and had to make an extra trip just to redeem what was supposed to be part of the original deal. It’s a huge inconvenience and a waste of time.
Businesses need to be transparent and honest about their promotions instead of using confusing wording that misleads customers. Because of this experience, I don’t trust the deals on this app and will likely avoid using app. Customers deserve clear communication, not surprises after they’ve already spent their money. Plus the employee/customer service was so dry/emotionless/I don’t care about your issues. What kind of customer service is this??

Shoutout to Sierra because this girl can make a mean sandwich. She made 5 of them for me and i KNOW i stressed her out with my requests lol. She was so sweet and adorable!!! Literally the kindest person i’ve dealt with there. I did not have a SINGLE complaint from me or my family about the way their sandwiches were made (i have the worst luck with food .. not kidding) Thank you for a great experience Sierra and being awesome about having to make 5 sandwiches for my big family. Great service goes a long way to not making a crappy day worse for people. I love that you kept a smile on your face the whole time!! Keep it up sweet girl, your service makes the food taste great!

I went for a tuna melt which i normally go about once or twice a week. Today the said that they would not heat my tuna up separately which they have always done. When i asked for the manager he would not come out the back to speak me and the worker would nit give me a district manager number or any number to subway. Never going back and that is sad because subway only make about $700-$1200 on a good day and I know because i have been a manger at subway for years.

I haven’t had Subway in about six years, but I was craving it and decided to give it another try, even though it doesn’t have the best reputation on social media these days.

When I walked in, there was only one employee working, and a lady in front of me was ordering three sandwiches. I had to wait quite a while before it was my turn. The employee was polite and tried his best to help both of us, but by the time he finished making my sandwich, it had already gotten cold because he was busy preparing the other customer’s order.

When I finally got my sandwich, it looked unappetizing and tasted bland. By the time I got home, I actually started feeling sick from eating it and was up all night not feeling well. No wonder Subway seems to be declining as a chain, the quality of the food is terrible, and I’m not even sure the meat was real.

Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to this location or eating at Subway again.

Guess I should have looked at the reviews prior to patronizing this establishment so that’s my fault. Katie is the worst, and a disgrace of management!! My husband came in on 2/6 and picked up two steak subs that I asked and paid for extra everything. Get home and my sandwich was harder and dryer than the Sahara! I call and speak to Katie who offers a replacement, I said I would try to make it by Sunday only two days later however, I ended up stuck in another location and the snow storm hit, when the snow storm was over I returned on the following Friday and they were swamped, police and everything so I took a photo to show the line and wait because I had to return to my job. Fast forward to today I returned for a 3rd time and this time I spoke with Katie face to face and she looked me straight in the face and refused to replace my sandwich, so not only have I wasted money but now time, gas and effort. I ask her why she wouldn’t just do the right thing and she says they only have two-three days to replace a sandwich! Well, I ordered it Friday the winter storm came Monday how is that enough time considering the circumstances?? Be foreal!!! Just rude and shouldn’t be the face of your establishment! Wouldn’t be surprised if she ate all the condiments and that’s why they were lacking! I’m pregnant and was really craving that, we will never patron here again!! $20 bucks wasted on two “fully loaded” TRASH subs!! Met with the most mediocre service, trust I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere!!

One of the nicer subways I have been too. Sandwich tech was great! Sandwich was great! Tables were a little sticky but i gave the the benefit of the doubt due to the LARGE catering order they were working on.

Our family eats at subway several times a month if not more. We usually do only good reviews but this was not pleasant felt like I was a burden the. Get home and find out all sandwhiches are wrong. We spent over $70 at various subways the past weeek.We have a household to run and use the mobile app. For starters pur daughters sandwich literally had every ingredient she asked not to have and didn’t have what she asked for. I have pictures if needed. My wife’s sandwich was wrong. We ordered via mobile app and when I walked in I was scoffed at, no greeting and food was not on shelf where mobile orders go. I had to wait and saw that my order was ready but behind the counter. The sandwich in picture was supposed to have Lettuce, Salami, green peppers and honey mustard. Everything else she chose no on and you can see there was no Lettuce only spinach, tomatoes and banana peppers, and pickles were all NOT asked for. Our hope in this review is that maybe some training on reading the orders from app and customer service training will help. We enjoy subway and again usually always do good reviews. After getting home from a long Monday this was not at all satisfactory.

I don’t know what people expect from a Subway but it’s a fast food place. The interior, the food, and the service are that of fast food restaurant level. This location is a bit stingy with the sandwich toppings(?), though, so be prepared to ask for more if you even want the regular amount you’d normally get elsewhere. The workers do not look like they enjoy working or being there so their demeanor will reflect that. Either way, it’s a fast food place and it’s Subway. Lower any expectations and you’ll be ok.
