We ordered two 12” steak and cheese works subs and we’re very disappointed. Not only did we not receive hardly enough steak on them but we also had salad mix used as the lettuce. There was more cheese than anything and I really didn’t like the carrots on it either.

Would give 10 stars if I could. While traveling we stopped in for dinner. The best calzone I’ve had. The crust was perfect. The portions are very generous. I got a personal size. I could only eat half. My son loved his so much he is asking to make the 2 hour drive to eat here for his birthday.
He loved the funnel cake fries with strawberry dipping syrup.

Sissi Stinks
We stayed at the Motel 6 attached to this shop and decided to order takeout after long day of driving. We ordered a large sausage pizza with tomatoes and onion and we legit cannot remember ever having a more delicious pizza in recent memory. We talked about it for the rest of our road trip. The crust was crisp and the toppings were plentiful. Our only regret is that we weren’t in town long enough to try more items from the menu. If we’re ever anywhere near Chilhowie in the future, we know where to go.

We called in and ordered 2 cheeseburgers, fries, and onion rings.
I’d never eaten there before.
The food was terrible. The toppings, tomatoes, lettuce, and onions were not fresh. The buns were soggy. This is one experience I will not repeat.
I can’t comment on their pizza and I’m not planning on trying one for a better experience.
The food was expensive $20 and we didn’t get drinks. Just the order I described earlier.
I like to patronize our local businesses but this is one that I’ll pass on in the future.

I’ve tried this place three different times. First time my alfrado was wonderful. Just ate there tonight and it was not good. Last time I was there, the same dish was dry (as it was tonight). The waitress was….well nutty. Heard cussing and gossip about people who called in on the phone. My boyfriend didn’t like his meat sauce because it was watered down. We were the only people in the place and although the waitress tried her best, we came away not happy. She did knock 10% off her bill though and I left a $5 tip because it’s the thing to do. Sorry, but we won’t be back. Pizza Perfect in Marion is better.

Made and order for delivery over door dash. When you food arrived the garlic knots were raw in the middle so was the pizza the burger my son got the bun were flattened and saturated in grease called and spoke to the owner they truly don’t care about the quality of there food or how it goes out its disgusting.

Just tried to place an order, but the woman who answered the phone was extremely hateful. I tried to order the 2 large 1 topping pizzas for 17.99 that is advertised on their website. She then told me that it would be 19.99, that they no longer used their own website, (which is really odd). I then tried to explain that if they no longer used the website then they needed to take it down as everyone uses the net to look at menus, specials, etc… on the company website, she got extremely rude and kept repeating that they didn’t use it. If they no longer use the website, then why can I place an order on it? Very disappointed in how I was treated as my family has ate here since they opened. This was the last straw, as the last time I ordered from them, they didn’t give me all of my order and when my husband told them about it, they basically said “tough.” We won’t be eating there anymore, as I do not take to being treated so rudely, nor do I do business with companies that practice false advertising. My advice to anyone considering eating here..DON’T.. drive to marion and grab Domino’s, they are much better and cheaper, you can get 3 large 3 topping pizzas for the $20 that Chilhowie wants for 2. Also, they are not hateful and rude to their customers.

Pros: Some of the greatest food around and they give you large portions, unlike other similar restaurants.
Cons: there have been times where delivery has been late, items were missing (but they gave a refund & reimbursed them) and another time I found a hair in my cheesecake.
Overall I’m giving them a 4-star for now.

I love their pasta sauce, the lasagna and stuffed shells are fantastic! The pizza is great as well, but something special about that marinara lol the Italian salad is a awesome too if you want something light or the jalapeno poppers if you looking for a snack. Love this place. Super sweet girl that works the front as well, always nice to order with.
