My first ever time experiencing a Culvers and ehh… I will say the service was beyond good and the burgers appearance was good but the lobby itself was a complete mess and honestly, the beef was entirely too dry, almost in the style of a smash burger which completely offset the amount of crisp vegetables underneath the patties. I feel like I should’ve ordered a salad. Coming to the absolute best part of the meal, the chili cheese fried were perfect. Not over-greasy cheese, or “oily” chili but both good quality and consistency, smothering piping hot crinkle cuts fries. On a lighter note, I am very happy as a customer at how photogenic the burger was plus the pricing is good.

I have ordered walleye three time since they started selling it. The first two times I received walleye the third time I really believe I received cod. Asked the staff and they said it was walleye. Not to sure . Which one is walleye? I requested someone contact me. But no response

Ordered at drive thru. 22 minutes later no food but 2 cars behind me got their food. I asked the boy and he said they were short employees. I went inside and the bag was sitting up there and they added one bag of fries. Food was nit hot.

Worst visit yet. Ordered for curbside (Kids meal, and Deluxe butter burger meal.) at 615 pm for a 630 pick up. Got there and waited watched cars go thru drive thru. At 645 I went inside to ask how much longer. Was told it’s ready when it’s ready! I get it your slammed, but I thought it would go in order of orders. Guess not at Culvers.
All dining room orders where filled and at 657 I got my food. Went outside and drive thru was clear.
Worst Culvers experience ever. Don’t order curbside better yet avoid the place and go somewhere you can get food in a reasonable amount of time.
Burger was Dry and over cooked as well. There goes 20 bucks on dry meat.Must have been on the flat top since I got there.

The establishment was clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and provided quick service. The only complaint was my burger. The meat was hot but all the condiments and toppings were cold causing the burger to overall taste cold. Im not a fan of refrigerator cold toppings on my burger. The mixer I had though was fantastic.

This may just be one of my favorite spots as well. The opening and design of this restaurant is phenomenal. You are first walked into being instantly greeted by the staff.
The order took some time to prepare, but as soon as it was ready, one of the staff members would kindly take it to your table with effective delivery and communication.
You are welcomed to many tables and cushions along with beautiful pictures, television and a nice fireplace!
There was also an instant bonus access room that even included glass doors.
I really do love the outline of Culver’s and the accommodation that this place has to offer.

Ordered food online to pick up. Said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived there and no one came out. I had to call and ask where my food was. They said issues in kitchen. Waited over 1hrr to get food that wasn’t that great. I wouldn’t recommend.
