Now one thing I’m HUGE on is customer service and when I say it was AMAZING here, I mean just that. I wish I could give more than 5 stars just for the manager, Pukaua, alone. From the time we walked in the door til the time we left, she made us feel extremely welcomed. She was warm, friendly and went above and beyond what I feel like any manager’s duty is (and not just for us… I witnessed her give this same kindness to everyone that came in) and I can’t sing her praises enough. Give this woman a raise! Oh and the food was good too.. I’m not even a big fan of Ihop, but my son wanted to stop on our way back home… and I will definitely be back on our next trip up!

I had great experience today. It’s actually National IHOP day so they are serving free short stacks (no purchase necessary). I ordered bacon and eggs regardless. It came out fast and warm. My server, Henry, did a great job making sure that my needs were met.

REDEMPTION!!! After a successful Labor Day holiday, the crew and I went to IHOP to get a late bite to eat. It was at least 3:30 AM. The restaurant wasn’t empty but it was quiet… only the sound of dishes clanking and sizzling food on the grill. Our waitress (Keisha) was fantastic. Service was quick and efficient and she even joked with us as we pulled shenanigans at the table. The cook was on point . Everything was great. I even enjoyed the pancakes and I don’t even eat pancakes. That says A LOT. This visit was a 5 all around the board. Hopefully they can repeat. As of now, no complaints.

The best experience ever at this location. The food was really good. The best part was the girl who took our order. Natalia was the absolute best. She was amazing and so nice. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. We also met the manager Pukukua (?). She was very nice too.

My recent visits to this location have been horrible. I ordered a spinach and mushroom omelette, and the egg of the omelette was burnt throughout. The omelette was technically inedible. However, I was already gone from the location, and could not bring it back. So I ate what I could of it. Nevertheless to say, afterwards I had a terrible stomach ache. The omelette was horrible, and I deserve a refund. Safe to say I won’t be visiting this location again. Not to mention, the last time I was there I experienced poor customer service. I ordered the omelette and asked if I could substitute the hollandaise sauce for salsa, the manger Angel told me, No. In fact, he said that I would have to pay $1.29 for that salsa, otherwise I would just have to take the hollandaise. So, you mean to tell me as a customer I can’t get what I want and I’m paying for it?!! I don’t want the hollandaise. Unfortunately, I had to go without the salsa. And Angel’s attitude was so coincidental and dismissive, that I was flabbergasted. After refusing to satisfy me as a customer, he gave me a sarcastic “Have a nice day”. If that wasn’t enough, this takes the cake. I am done with this location. And I’m demand recompense for that awful omelette
So Update: The manager contacted me days later after my review and me requesting a refund. She apologized and asked if I wanted a refund or another order. I preferred the refund. I told her I was unable to pick it up at the time, but would be able to come in that day around 5:30pm. Came in to pick up the refund, and lo and behold there is no manager in duty. I asked the employee if they knew anything or had any notes of me coming to pick up my refund, she said no. So the next morning, I decided to call first. I asked if there was a manager there. They said yes. I waited on hold for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Then the employee came back to the phone and said, “he stepped out”. Code word for he don’t want to be bothered with my problems. Because stepped out for what? I passed by the restaurant and it was completely empty!! I asked if the manager was Angel (Mister can’t switch my hollandaise sauce for salsa, bad attitude having, slightly rude and dismissive). What did I expect. . I never received no refund. And they were simply blowing smoke because of the review. So I wasted gas and time. But in my opinion, they were never serious. The manager who called was nice, but I could tell she was so unserious

Cozy little spot , totally loved the service. The Staff was very kind, curtious and welcoming. The breakfast crepes were omg good, growing up in France I’m kinda picky about how crepes are made lol. But wow kudos to chef . Mango flavored lemonade was superb as well . Awesome experience, I will be there often

I had an amazing experience at IHOP thanks to Ashley! She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. She checked on us regularly, had a great attitude, and made our visit feel welcoming and enjoyable. Ashley’s service really stood out and made our meal even better. I would definitely come back and hope to have her as our server again!

I am big on customer service. She is so nice and a sweet young lady!
This was just her 2nd time serving me and she remembered my order almost to a t!, and she also remembered I am a veteran and had my check ready with my military discount.

Leslie was a rick star, brought us what we needed without even asking if we needed it. Checked back with us multiple times! She was excellent. Store is always clean, staff is always attentive. Any problem (though usually my fault) are quickly and effortlessly solved. We drive an extra 10 miles just to come to this location.
