Delicious food and intentional service! I didn’t get her name, but the sandwich artist who made my GF French dip was fantastic, and on her own accord, asked me about my gluten allergy and told me she’d changed her gloves before making my food – so thoughtful! All the other staff was super friendly as well. Great experience!

Got sent by my boss for the BOGO sub offer but was not listed at the store. The young man behind the counter directed me to the app where it was clearly listed as the online offer. I placed the order with the applied coupon and he even came out from behind the counter to check that it worked. Subs quickly made and they were great as usual. Fantastic all around experience.

Firehouse is fantastic. I’m moving out of town and went to get several subs for the movers. They love Firehouse. In fact, the guy who owns the moving company told me he’s been going to WaWa for steak and cheese strictly for convenience, but he said the taste and quality of beef seems much better than WaWa.

I have to give the highest props to Eli! I came in to pick up my order and get home to my family, already having one of the worst days and out of no where my emotions hit and I’m crying. Eli was the sweetest and reassured will be taken care of and sweetly offered me a coloring book to keep my mind busy. He even went beyond that and help me carry my order to my car, please give Eli some special recognition. The smallest gesture made the biggest impact for me. Thank you Eli!

To the owners of firehouse on Central Park,
I always been a firehouse family and great food y’all have. I tried the Thanksgiving sandwich was awesome, but someone from the store didn’t followed requirement when the DoorDash picked it up. Employees didn’t seal the brown bag, tape the sandwich container, and DoorDash left it on my dirty pouch without handing to us. Remember most people don’t like their meal to be on a dirty surface.

Place is filthy, tables messy; 2 staff members working incredibly slow after holding their conversations and sweeping first before making the orders they already took. Weren’t welcoming like other locations. One may be a trainee, but it was as if they were waiting for permission to start the orders. Won’t be back to this location.
