Club combo was missing bacon and cheese, double stacks were old, fries far from fresh, cinnabon hard as a rock with warm icing on it. Yall need to do better. For a total of $26, quality should be better than this! Customer service wasn’t terrible, that’s the ONLY positive.

There is a barbeque sauce that is way better than the barbeque sauce they serve here. In Knoxville Tennessee they have a barbeque sauce that is different. It so much better. You will sell more nuggets. Once your customers taste it, they will be back. Thanks.

Ordered online and came inside to eat in the dinning room area. Was ignored for a few minutes before a guy approached the counter and did not speak but motioned his head as to say ‘what do you want?’. I said I ordered in the app and pointed to the screen showing my order. I asked for my name. Nothing more was said as he put my order on the counter and walked off. Staff not very friendly based on this experience!
The food was ok, came out as I ordered. I took advantage of the 1c Jr bacon Cheeseburger. I opened it and thought they forgot to put the meat on it. However, it was hiding at the bottom, about the thickness of a slice of cheese – wow! Glad I didn’t pay the $2.88 . I got a Baconator as well. The wife had nuggets, fries and chocolate frosty. Came to almost $18!! Insane really, not good value.
Toilet and restroom area was dirty!! This store was not very busy but leave the restrooms a dirty mess.

I went by Wendy’s on Ann St. Montgomery Alabama and ordered a #1 Dave’s double combo meal and this is what I received one of my patties was raw completely digested please don’t spend your hard earned money here. Waste of money

Be sure to check your meal before you drive off. Even if it’s for 2 people and it’s just 2 meal orders. It can completely be missing items. As they said “well you already drove off” …. horrible service even with a receipt.

My fries were the absolutly burnt and dry , hard like potato chips and when I asked for it to be remade the young lady said Not Today as in I should just take my food and be grateful. My chicken was supposed to have bacon on it but didn’t. I’m so sick of these people who feel like we shouldn’t get what we pay for. Well you the workers try eating food that’s not properly cooked and see how it taste.

Went through the drive through Saturday evening (June 2025) with my 2 grands in the back seat of my car. Order the $8 meal, which tasted pretty good. Gave the cashier a $50 bill. I was waiting on my change. I was distracted by my grandkids and the cashier handing me my food, condiments, and drinks. I didn’t even think about my change anymore. I drove off. The next day I was looking everywhere for my change ($41.20). Couldn’t find it. Then I thought about Wendy’s. So I decided to go and speak with the manager and talked to her about my situation. And I thank God that I did. Because this shift manager, which I didn’t get her name, was very honest and said the register was over the amount that I did not receive the day before. Thank God for honest people like her. May God continue to bless you.

Pulled up to drive thru nobody answered or took order waited almost ten minutes and no answer. This is at 145pm. I pull around to the window and a girl opens and I’m like is nobody taking orders? She just looked at me like I was crazy and said she didn’t take your order and I said no. She just stared at me like she was super high and said nothing! Very weird…. Decided to go elsewhere for food. Might be wise to go elsewhere.
