They gave us used take out boxes and the food was horrible. My kid got chicken nuggets and fries and they were hard as a rock. He could barely chew them. We also got chicken and it was horrible. The food in general just wasn’t good. They definitely WONT be seeing my family again.

Great Japanese restaurant that offers take-out and dine in. Today I ordered Double Steak
for the lunchtime portion. It was delicious and steak, my side order of vegetables (zucchini, onions, carrots, and broccoli), along with the rice were all cooked to perfection. I always order
my steak “well done” and it is cooked
well done and tender. So here are some tips to
remember for those with food allergies
or sensitivities, because Yamatos is very accommodating when you let them know you have an allergy and cannot have certain items. For those with a shrimp allergy, always let them
know when placing the order because the dinner
time entree portion includes an appetizer of a
few grilled shrimp. Also make sure to let them know if you have an egg allergy, because they
cook an egg in with the rice. They will leave this out at your request. There side order of
vegetables are my favorite so I always order
extra. Currently they do not participate
with DoorDash, so if you’re not
dining in then you’ll need to go pick up your order. Make sure you request their yum yum and
ginger sauce if you are getting take
out.

Food was good. The ginger dressing on the salad was quite yummy, and my hibachi chicken was perfectly cooked. I could see myself getting that again. My husband’s shrimp was good, not too small, cooked well. Good amount for the price, too.
The staff was helpful and fast with everything.
The table was sticky, and everything was a bit run down looking, so the atmosphere wasn’t perfect, but honestly, it was fine.
