Called 2 c if they had pot pies ready. They did so i head down to get some. I orded 3 pot pies and 1 3 piece wing dinner.the girl had a hard time telling me drinks she said it 3 times.i still couldn’t tell what i had.she charged me49.85.i had25 dollars i said take the cash and get the rest debit.She couldn’t figur it out So,the manager tried to straighten it out, but my chicken dinner.it was wrong what a mess.i had to said their about a hour

Let’s start with atmosphere, there is none like a funeral home. Service a smile goes along way , you know show your happy to serve someone that pays your wages. Food is good service was okay, restaurant, absolutely nasty all the time. This is the second time we have 8 there and the tables are never washed.They’re always nasty every day in the place. Floor looks like it has been mopped in years I stuck to the floor. Out of items, but no signs saying that it’s out said something about the Dr. Pepper being out and they said we know we’re out but there’s no sign specifically stating that there’s no Dr. Pepper or out of order, you just have to find out by getting a cup of it. Upon arriving, the door was locked in the middle of the day at 1 PM went Through drive through and they said they don’t know why the door was locked , but unlocked it my husband went to the bathroom, said that the paper towels were lazily put on the counter instead of being Loaded in the towel dispenser and there was toilet paper on the toilet plunger. If this is what the lobby looks like.I don’t think I’ll be eating here again because I don’t want to know what the kitchen looks like

I came in to use my T-mobile buy 1 get 1 free chicken sandwich on Wed. I HAD IT UP ON MY SCREEN SHOWING THE WEST 7TH STREET LOCATION IN JOPLIN . I WAS UNABLE TO USE IT BUT SHANNON THE MORNING MGR WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SAID SHE WOULD CONTACT DISTRICT MGR TO HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM. I USE TMOBILE REWARDS AT SEVERAL RESTAURANTS IN JOPLIN AND NEVER INCUR A PROBLEM. SUCH AS TROP SMOOTHIE., LITTLE CESARS, SUBWAY, firehouse subs etc.

I don’t know why it’s so difficult to make orders correctly. This seems to be ongoing an issue at this KFC for some reason. I think corporate needs to come and and make some changes or close the store because it’s a waste of money and time to go get an order just to have it wrong.Your employees literally just got a raise last month due to minimum wage going up to $15 an hour. So they should be doing their jobs correctly especially since they just got a pay raise!!

Ordered a 5 piece Xtra crispy meal for two. 3 breasts and 2 wings. Received 2 drumsticks and 3 thighs. Never have a good experience here. So I’m done. My dog liked it though.

The young staff was having fun and still was getting their work done. It’s nice to see a work environment that allows workers to enjoy work. The food on the other hand was disappointing . The leg was the smallest leg I’ve ever seen! I had more meat on the chicken strip.

This place needs closed down. 14 people in the waiting room waiting on orders and nobody was fixing food. Stood for over an hour on app order and couldn’t get my money back. They said cancel it in the app but the app thinks they gave us our food. Completely a disaster. And I never got my food.

We waited 10 minutes just to order our food to get this. A pink sandwich with 6 fries ($9.99), a 5 tender meal without a bisket ($15) and a waffle and chicken entree ($13). Spent $40 on this trash. I wasnt given my receipt or any napkins

Almost every time we have been here, our order is not right. With the price of the food here it should be fresh and correct! Sunday the chicken was tough, very dry and overcooked, biscuits hard as rocks, no butter, honey or the large side of coleslaw I had ordered and paid for! This is frustrating enough but to not even have a way to contact the store to notify I was ripped off is the most ridiculous thing! We drive from the next town over so when I order online and it’s all conveniently printed on the order, it should be easy to read and fill correctly. Unless I see or hear of any improvements, I will stop supporting this kfc altogether!
